    This was a great place to stay. We had plenty of comfortable space for our family of 5. Beautiful view from the balcony! The only tricky part was finding the correct wing of the complex. Would definitely stay here again.

    Condo was clean and quiet. Well stocked Kitchen.Great showers. Amazing view from the deck.However, there were obvious flaws that made this stay less than ideal.Wifi password provided was wrong and it took 3 days until we were finally provided with a working password.Dish network wouldn’t work, and customer service said it wasn’t available, even though it says so in the listing.Listing said there was washer and dryer, but they are in the common area in basement and are pay machines.Battery powering the door combo was running low so we had to be lighting fast to open the door. I told them the first night we checked in but saw no fix.The can opener lacked the part that actually pierces the can, which made opening a few cans for cooking a bit more of an adventure than planned.And finally, there used to be a common game room, but I didn’t see the update showing it was closed due to regulations (currently under construction) and because of the construction, the pool was also closed, and we didn’t brave the sauna because we couldn’t tell if it was operational.It felt like the place was run by an out of state corporation, with little actual knowledge of the unit or ability to provide assistance.I hope this helps you prepare should you rent, or for the owners to fix their poor service.

    Do not book this unit or any unit managed by Vacasa. This unit does not have a functioning hot tub, and it was also dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. I left several messages with the property manager, Vacasa, and did not receive a single response from them. I finally had to call VRBO who was able to reach Vacasa days later, but even then, Vacasa was still extremely unhelpful. I will never rent a unit managed by them again.

    Property had no hot water 1st 2 days. Later, 2x no water. Property was old, dirty and needs repair. Some non English speaking maintenance (appearing as) wanted to come in to check toilet. I wasn't informed earlier so denied them entrance. Though Vacasa did refund me 2 days rent, I'll not stay there again.

    Nice unit, wood burning fire place, kitchen well stocked, top floor great view. Dated unit so if looking for new not the unit to choose. I have stayed in this unit many times
