This home away from home is in the gated community of Sea Pines, which overlooks Braddock's Cove - you are a short walk from the world-famous Salty Dog Café to enjoy a delicious meal with a view. South Beach Marina is a short walk away, while Harbour Town is four miles away, featuring extraordinary selections of shops, restaurants, and art galleries. You might as well take advantage of the Sea Pines Trolley, readily available to transport you between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.



Upon entering Bluff Villa 1799, you will discover an air-conditioned open floor plan with a Murphy bed that folds into the wall. The living area enjoys a smart TV with streaming services. Through the sliding doors, enjoy the private patio area, with a patio table and chairs, water views, and a gas grill. The well-appointed kitchen has all the major appliances needed to prepare delicious homemade meals. The bathroom boasts pristine renovations from 2023. In addition, you will find a stacked washer/dryer.



When you book this charming studio condo, you are granted access to the South Beach Racquet Club's tennis and pickleball courts (racquetball access is available for an additional fee).

Things to Know

You can access the Harbour Town pool for an additional fee of $25/day or $85/week for 5 people (paid directly to an attendant at the pool). Fees may apply for additional people. The pool is open from May 1st to October 1st.

There are stairs to access this unit, however the patio is on the ground floor.

Please note E-bikes are not allowed.



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the Plantations and Condominium Complexes do not allow trailers, motor homes, motorcycles and/or recreational vehicles and rooftop cargo (i.e. Kayaks, Canoes etc.) other than car top Carriers. Electric bikes are not permitted in the Plantations.

    Quaint and so well organized and pleasing to the eye! Maple cabinets and pretty granite ! Storage spaces were excellent and attractive! The balcony was real Relaxing and peaceful!

    This was our third time staying at the studio apt. Close to the beach and Salty Dog. Has a Murphy bed so that during the day we had a very open apt. Only would recommend for a single just wanting to get away or a couple.

    This was a fantastic location. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and water views and a short walk to the beach across the street. The unit was clean and the whole stay was effortless, relaxing and enjoyable.

    This efficiency style unit was the perfect choice for the two of us. The Murphy bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We enjoyed the little extras provided to us and appreciated the toiletries. This unit is next to the shops of the Salty Dog. The South Beach area has bike rentals, tennis, pickleball courts, everything is right there for you. Best of all you can stay in Sea Pines without breaking the bank.
