A truly wonderful place to stay!!! It exceeded all my expectations, and I would've loved to extend my stay if it wasn't already booked out. Thank you so much for having the place so stocked and well-cared for. I'm at another Vrbo spot now and it pales in comparison!

Condo itself is very nice, easy access from parking spot and to the pool. The complex it is in could use some things fixed to make it more appealing to the eye, but the condo was great

This casita was so perfect for our stay in Tucson. The community was located in a great area and the pool was a great touch. Easy to access. Very spacious for one bedroom. Would definitely stay again!

Location can’t be beat! A simple 1BR with everything you could need. Clean and comfortable. Nice sized kitchen. The balcony is awesome.

Upon arrival, the unit was as described. After settling in, I took a walk to check out the pool and there was a sign on the gate that said the pool would be closed for repair, starting the next day for 1 week. I was very shocked, as the pool was our #1 filter item when selecting a place to stay. Coming from Michigan , the pool is where we would spend much of our time. I immediately called the management, VACASA, and they said there was nothing they could do. I searched myself on VRBO and found a new place we could occupy immediately. WE left the unit in pristine condition about 1 hour after arrival. We expect a refund and thus far have only received $162.47. Buyer beware!!

As other reviews have noted, this is a great location. The unit was nice and had a great pool. Great views of the Catalinas. However, it was very poorly stocked. If you are only staying a couple of nights and plan on eating out this is probably not an issue. However, we stayed 16 nights and wanted to eat in some times. For example, there were only 4 sets of forks that look like they came from an elementary cafeteria (I'm serious). Minimal cooking utensils, no beer glasses, no cocktail glasses, only 1 juice glass, etc. No Kleenex, minimal laundry and dishwasher pods so we had to buy our own. We contacted the owner (Vacassa) regarding 2 lights that didn't work and a fridge filter that needed replacing. They responded promptly and said they would inform local management and get back to us with the response. We never heard back. Other reviews here and on Vacassa mentioned the same issues and they indicated they would address. They clearely haven't.

Definitely stay again. Need a dish towel for kitchen Bathroom tub very slippery (maybe try a different product to clean ) Otherwise very comfortable, quiet and clean

Overall excellent. Quiet good location some views of mountains. Would've rated it 4 1/2. If it were an option, I reserve five for extraordinary properties. Looks to be a slightly older property, but very well remodel/taken care of and very clean. No complaints would stay again. Appropriately priced.
