Had a hard time with door

Appliances furniture and bed we're all good and comfortable and working. However, the patio was filled with pigeons pooping everywhere so I couldn't sit outside. I tried to contact the host. No answer.I tried to contact verbo, and they were pretty unresponsive. Its a sanitation problem big time. The pigeons tried to attack me when I was coming and going from the condo. I did not see pigeons anywhere else on the property.Just 305 and 306.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. When we arrived, we immediately discovered visible mold in the unit. This is a serious health concern, and because of it, we were unable to stay there at all. We contacted the host right away and provided clear evidence of the issue.To make matters worse, the listing photos no longer reflect the actual current state of the property. The condition we walked into was far from what was advertised.Despite the unit being uninhabitable, we were only refunded 227, which doesn’t come close to the total amount we paid or the additional cost we had to cover for last-minute alternative accommodations. The response from the host and VRBO was completely inadequate given the circumstances.This experience was stressful, misleading, and unacceptable. I strongly advise future guests to be cautious when booking this property.

The unit is in a fantastic location and has great potential. It’s spacious, well laid out, the refrigerator produces plenty of ice, and the AC works perfectly—making the space very comfortable in that regard.Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance were major concerns during our stay. While the countertops and appliances were wiped down, the rest of the unit appeared not to have been cleaned thoroughly in months, if not longer. We even found a receipt under the bed dated March 17, 2025, which reinforced that impression. There was mold on the ceiling, and the bathtub area had an opening into the attic—an unsettling discovery while showering. Surfaces throughout needed attention: the TV had fingerprints, light switches were dirty, the carpet looked unvacuumed, and the sofa bed had debris inside when opened, in addition to being very uncomfortable.Both sinks required maintenance—the water pressure was weak, and the bathroom sink did not drain properly. The bedroom lamp would not stay on, and the provided supplies were inadequate: only one partially used roll of toilet paper and a single extra kitchen trash bag.Outside, the issues continued. A pigeon infestation above the entryway left fresh droppings all over the light fixture, which appeared not to have been cleaned in months. On arrival, there were droppings on the door handle, which made for an unpleasant first impression.This property has a lot going for it in terms of space and location, needs a deep cleaning

The property was so great. The one thing I would say is there isn’t enough dishes. We had 3 plates, 1 coffee cup, and so other random items. There were enough pots and pans for our needs but we had to share the dishes.

Overall, a great stay. Close to the beach and had a pool in the area for use. The apartment was clean. There are some minor issues that came about during our stay. The bathroom sink drain was showing signs of clogging (draining slow), the living room couch/pull-out bed needs some upgrading as it was sinking in the middle even with one person sitting (average weight) which made sitting on it very uncomfortable, and a cockroach was hiding in the closet with the washer/dryer. I tried killing it, but was unsuccessful.

We were down for Sand Fest and this property did not disappoint. Plenty of room and quiet. It felt like a second home.

It was a perfect location right across from the beach and close to our relatives house. The cute little one bedroom was very clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

It was very conviently located to beach access. The grocery store and a few places to eat were very close. Being in the back of the complex made it very quiet and easy to enjoy the evening.

The home and location was nice

We had a wonderful stay! It was a great spot for our family (mom, dad, 2 kids, and our pup). The location is prime, the appliances in great shape, and the A/C does an amazing job cooling the place! We had plenty of room and enjoyed our time in the rental as much as we enjoyed our time exploring and at the beach. The table was big enough for board games and puzzles. We came right after a tropical storm, and the mosquitoes were horrific, so bring some good repellent when you come. Also, if you prefer an air mattress to sleeping on a fold out, there is plenty of room in the living area for two twins. There is a little bit of area for dogs to take care of their business right across from the rental, but we preferred the more open area that was a little bit of a walk close to the dumpster. Good coffee, ice cream, and shopping are right up the road. If we get the opportunity, we’ll be back.

This was a cute little place that my husband and I stayed at for a couple days at the beach. You can see the beach from the deck. The beach was just a couple minutes walk away.

Fantastic place to stay! It was clean and had all the amenities and space we needed for our family of 4! About a block and a half walk to the beach! Would highly recommend!
