Charming condo with majestic mountain views & 2 balconies - hot tub on-site

As advertised, great amenities & location. No onsite parking was a tough one but there’s free parking at the park and plenty of free public transit.

Second year in a row staying at Ski Times Square for a father-son ski trip to Steamboat. This property is walking distance to slopes and perfect for folks without a car (no parking included). We got a shuttle from the airport - they dropped us off and check-in was a breeze. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed to cook breakfasts and relax our tired bones when we were not on the slopes. You can't beat the property for the money - it's a no-frills and we'd probably find somewhere a little nicer if the wives were to come but for us it was perfect.

The place was great and had a beautiful view of the mountain! My only suggestion would be to provide toilet paper. We traveled there and once we got there we noticed there was no toilet paper and had to run to the store. Which was a bit inconvenient after a long drive and needing to use the restroom.

Building location easy walk to/from slopes. Home has plenty of room for six, nice deck facing the resort. Slight drawbacks are the unit is furthest from the building entrance and the hot tub closes at 10p. Be sure to use east building entrance.

The place was large enough for our family to gather for meals and games. It was very comfortable sleeping for the 4 of us that stayed.

The condo itself was very comfy. There was so much road construction going on right in front of it. It made coming and going a challenge sometimes. And most of the stay our friends and family didn't have anywhere to park to come hang out with us which was a little disappointing.

We stayed here for a couple of days during Spring Break. The location of the condo is perfect, within walking distance to the base. The condo was also clean and cozy. The check-in/arrival instructions are confusing: there was no code sent for the lockbox (the code for the door lock was included) and property management (Vacasa) could not be reached (stayed on-hold for 30 min before giving up). There's likely a fob to open the outside door in the lockbox, but the door happened to be malfunctioning, so we were able to get in. Parking - Street/Pay parking, while noted in the arrival instructions, can be problematic during the busy season; there is 1 small road that one can back up to, to unload a car near the front door, but otherwise there's not parking near the building.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views are fabulous. The 5th floor end unit is quiet. Condo is well equipped and beds are comfortable. The only concern is that there is only 1 parking space in the garage and no overnight outside parking available. Also, this is not an ADA building, so be aware there are many steps involved to get to the building elevators.
