The problem was Residents beach stickers are only available for purchase by property owners not renters! This was very unsettling as Residents beach is right across the road in full sight! MICA should allow walk ons !

PROPERTY Location:wonderful Grounds:well kept Pool: well-kept, warm, adequate Parking: convenient, adequate Trash: well contained, could be closer to bldg. 9 Grill: missing, no grill for building 9. UNIT: Size: small, (adequate for 2, little privacy for 4) Furniture: Living Room: uncomfortable couch and chair , Dining Room: chairs uncomfortable, seat covers prone to staining Lanai: chairs uncomfortable, No lounge. Bedrooms: beds very comfortable Air Conditioning: unsatisfactory, needs balancing, (cold in guest BR, warm in MBR). Can't get colder than 72 Plumbing: flush in hallway bath and comes up in MBR toilet, MBR toilet runs frequently master bath shower very small, closets fine needed hooks on back of Bathroom doors to hang towels, Appliances: all worked well despite undersize washer. Outside windows: dirty and windows difficult to raise and lower Unit generally well stocked with necessities however towels were very poor quality (except 2 beach towels were fine ). The kitchen appliances were in excellent working order. Although the living room and dining room furniture was rather uncomfortable, the beds were very comfortable. The location was a 10 minute walk to the resident's beach. The pool was convenient and the pool area well kept. Unfortunately, there was not an outdoor grill for building 9. The lanai offered a lovely spot to relax, but also lacked comfortable furniture.

The TV and internet system worked well and the furniture was clean and comfortable. This was our fifth year renting on Marco Island but at other locations and this unit was as enjoyable as the other units we stayed in. The heated pool was well maintained and was a pleasure to sit at and read a good book. The other people at the unit were very outgoing and a pleasure to be around.

The warm geothermal salt water pool was amazing. While the weather was cool, the pool made all the difference. There was a slight problem within the condo itself, which the management took care of immediately. The condo was a block walk to the residence beach and RC church. Life doesn't get much better!!
