Stayed Aug 14, 2021This property was filthy. There were several things broke including the dead bolt on the door. I found blood on the head board and wall in the bedroom. If you walked around in your bare feet the would be black afterwards. There were several places in the unit with huge “dust bunnies” and clumps of dust on the upper walls. Both toilets were loose and rocked when you sat down. Blinds in the living room had pieces missing (ground floor unit) so people could see right in. The were big chucks of the wall missing where furniture had hit the walls. A lot of the furniture was in very poor condition and falling apart. There were water stains on the ceiling in the bathroom and the ceiling paint was peeling and hanging down. The a/c was not working on arrival and the unit was 80. Once property management was notified the next morning they came first thing and diagnosed the issue. The interior of closet containing the a/c and hot water tank was horrific. Absolutely unacceptable. There was a glass dish sitting on the hot water tank catching water from something. On day 2 the hot water tank in the unit above us blew and water came in our unit and flooded the entire unit. We were moved after I said I was not staying in the unit. We were moved for our 2 week stay. This unit could be a very cute place but it definitely needs a very deep cleaning, some upgraded furniture and routine maintenance.

Stayed Oct 5, 2020Our stay was very nice. There were three of us in the condo and I felt it was big enough for all of us. We were across the street from the beach and the price was good for our condo. Overall I enjoyed our stay a lot and look forward to returning.

Stayed Jun 12, 2020It was a wonderful location. We had a minor issue with our rental but they had maintenance come out and fix the issue within the hour.
