Kitchen fine. Did not use the pool

The pool was great. Our only real complaint was the stairs. We are not spring chickens so our knees and hips didn't appreciate the constant up and down stairs. Weirs Beach, though not far, is a hike up a steep hill. We enjoyed our stay.

We stay year after year! It’s the trip we look forward to every year! Kitchen has everything you’ll need for a great week. We miss it already!

Looking for a great, reasonably priced stay in Weirs Beach/Laconia? Well, this is it. Close proximity to much of what the region has to offer, including but not limited to Gunstock, Weirs Beach, Kellerhaus, FunSpot, Laconia, Meredith, the railroad, etc. Close to community amenities like the pool. You can’t go wrong. Nice in-condo features as well. Highly recommended.

The location of the property was great, just a few minutes to the pier and an easy drive to other towns that we visited. Condo was clean and the blueberry cake left for us was great.

Location, location, location. Condo was in the right spot. It is a hop, skips, and a jump to Weirs Beach, Fun Spot, and Meredith. It is right there in the front of the complex. Easy to get in and out. Condo was clean and ready for the stay. Also, great blueberry cake awaiting for us. Pool located right outside the door. Kids loved it. All the cooking equipment needed to stay in and make a good meal. All information that was needed was there. I would highly recommend staying there. Owners responsive.

location was great as we were headed to a concert which was less than 10 minutes away. We also hung out in weirs beach near the dock and boardwalk area...super close. We also loved Meredith dock and places to go around Meredith. There was a great fruit and veggie store right up the road- picnic Rock farms...the food there was so fresh! Tower hill tavern was a fun time as well with bands and dancing upstairs latenight. The place was a great location and clean! the pool area with the bbq grills was another amazing place to hang during the sunny weather. thanks again!

Lots of space. The blueberry cake was delicious. Was nice being so close to the pool and playground. We could sit on the balcony and watch kids play on the playground

Another amazing Summer vacation at Weir’s beach. We love staying here! It is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We love that it is a quick walk to Cumberland farms, Weir’s beach, and Kellerhaus. Can try wait for next year!

A great summer getaway option awaits here. Nice location with easy access to Weirs, the lake, surrounding communities. Some nice recent renovations and amenities add to the charm of the lakes. Reasonably priced. Ken and Jen are great hosts! Thanks again for another fun getaway!

We have stayed in these condos for the last 5 years, and I have to say, we really enjoyed this property. It was close to the pool and the laundry room, and we didn’t have to drive the whole loop every time we came and went. The fact that there is an air conditioner in the living room as well as both bedrooms is also a huge plus. The housekeeper also left us some home made blueberry cake that was delicious. We would definitely return to this specific property again.

This property was great. The location was perfect. Right next to the pool, close to laundry, close to main entrance and close to many attractions. Only complaint was the crew that slept on bunk beds and pull said it wasn’t very comfortable. Queen size bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. Unit was recently remodeled and looks nice. Thanks for a great visit. We will certainly be back.

Amazing property, great amenities, right in the middle of all the action. Would definitely stay here again. Communication with host was great as well.

This was our second year visiting Laconia, and we absolutely love it. On top of perfect weather, we had a perfect stay. The location was walking distance to the pier, which we loved. It was an end unit, with trees behind us so it was nice, quiet, and private when we sat outside on the balcony at night. Communication was good, the place was spotless, and we were welcomed with homemade blueberry cake. My husband loved that- thank you! We would definitely look into booking here again.
