Stayed Aug 1, 2025I wouldn’t recommend this unit, especially if you’ve stayed at Lakeland Village before. It’s very run-down. Only two of the stove burners worked, and the ones that did were uneven, so I had to hold the pan while cooking to keep it from sliding off. The screen door was broken when we arrived — the property manager replaced it, but with one that didn’t fit properly, so we couldn’t use the patio during our stay. The unit was also dirty upon check-in, and I had to request housekeeping to come back and clean it again. The location is decent and having access to a private beach is a plus, but unfortunately, this particular beach is now one of the dirtiest in Tahoe. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo was very clean, responsive host and in a great location. Private beach access was instrumental for our family of 5. Did get warm in daytime with no AC but cooled off for evening and was just fine. Would stay here again

Stayed Aug 4, 2024Vacasa staff was helpful. Ability to text ask questions and receive a response fairly quickly is super helpful. The home was clean the space is nice super close to the beach. We will definitely rent again.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024Clean unit good location near lake and walking trail to stores. Only room for improvement is to replace very loud sprinkler outside bedroom that goes off in the middle of the night or change the watering schedule.
