Stayed Feb 7, 2025The concierge contacted us before our arrival and responded quickly to any questions. The property itself is spotless. The large veranda included a table and chairs plus lounging chairs. It's a great place to kick back and relax, in a quiet area but a short drive from restaurants and shops. We'll be back!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We enjoy Beachside Villas. The furniture in the living room isn't the most comfortable but it is good enough. We like the location and the peace and quiet. Even when there are a lot of guests, it is reasonably quiet. The pool area can get busy but everyone is having fun so a little noise doesn't bother us. The price for the condo is a big draw as well. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Placencia. Again, Shanice was THE BEST!!

Stayed Feb 5, 2023Beautiful setting with very helpful and pleasant staff. The setting was perfect. We spent many hours sitting on our patio watching the sunrise or just reading. (Bring bug repellent) It is a fifteen minute drive to Placencia Village, so keep that in mind. You will need a golf cart or a car during your stay. I need to add that although everything was clean, the condo decor is a little outdated and somewhat rundown, but the bed was comfortable. We spent very little time indoors so it didn’t really matter to us.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022The Villa was perfect in size . Be aware that when you run out of basics like toilet paper you have to buy it yourself . We had 2 rolls for 10 days . I didn’t see anything in the description about That . It was quiet here and not busy sometimes it took some time to get ahold of someone but they get back to you . There is no office ! FYI there is a restaurant next door that was great . The beach was kinda murky but we went exploring other beaches anyway . I would come back for sure ! Thanks Vacasa !
