Stayed Jun 10, 2025We love the golden sands because of the location and amenities and this unit is excellent. Two smart TV’s, AC pumps great, bathrooms come with shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, styled well and very clean. Unit also has two chairs that you can take to the beach which is helpful. Great for our family of four!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Condo is clean, spacious for my family of 5, and comfortable. Unfortunately the building is in pretty bad shape… it needs some love.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Golden Sands has great amenities, and within walking distance to shopping, Food Lion and Acme, dining, public library, churches, and a movie theater. Condo 302 is OK, not the most up-to-date furnishing, but nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. You can enjoy the ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. The second room is very dark as its window opens to the hallway. Golden Sands has two pools, one on the top floor, gym, misc courts, and other great services. I recommend this place.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969OC has been a family vacation for me for 20+ years and this home was a wonderful way to spend it. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The unit was very clean and styled nicely. It was very up to date and had plenty of room. It was in a great location but still within close distance to anything we wanted to do. I loved the tiki bar and courtyard events. It was a great trip and I would love to return again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The room is simple but elegant not overbearing with beach decor. Stunning hanging kitchen light. Not too big not too small it was perfect. I.don't give 5 stars to anything because always room for improvement some where some day. I enjoyed my stay.
