Stayed Aug 22, 2025Pool listed in photo is not at this location so we didn't get to enjoy it and AC not working in unit which made for a very uncomfortable night (especially upstairs) and no fans to circulate air. Property manager offered to send someone the next day, but we decided to check out. Please note that the roads are very steep, narrow and not easy in larger SUV's. Loved the condo, but we would not return to this property. Also told to click on link for info, but it didn't work so never able to view instructions. Just happy we were refunded the additional night we had booked being it ended up being a bust.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025I stayed here with my family of 5, with 3 kids (11,8,3). It generally met our basic needs and we would consider staying here again. There both pluses and things to be aware of when deciding to stay here that were not clear when booking. The layout was good. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor, a master bedroom and a second one. The upstairs was a loft with 2 single beds and a bathroom. All rooms, including the main room had a TV. Pluses:-Spotless: The place was super clean.- Location: It was about 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburgh, 20-25 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 15 minutes to the national park so the location was perfectly center. If you've never been to the area, i -Communication: The property management representatives were quick to answer any queries. Things to know:-There is a Keurig and a coffee maker that takes size 4 filters. There were 2 pods only, no filters/grounds. -Only 2 dish towels,2 trash bags and 3 dishwasher pods. Insufficient for a family of 5 for a 5 night stay. -Porch was nice but you're VERY close to neighbors. Twice we had to leave the porch due to cigarette smoke, and a different neighbor was very loud on the phone it was disturbing-We weren't informed of any of this by the property managers, but the pool is closed tuesday/Wednesday. There are 2 other pools belonging to the complex that are 3 and 10 minute drives. This was not clear in the listing. The pool is not heated. It is at least10 degrees cooler in the mountains. Stayed Dec 26, 2024My family (3 adults, 2 teenagers) visited right after Christmas. Everyone had their own space / bed and the location was perfect for our plans of visiting Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Dollywood Christmas at night was AMAZING, and we highly recommend!

Stayed Oct 20, 2024There is so much to complain about, but VRBO only limits reviews to 1500 characters. So here is the gist. Condo was not clean upon arrival. Crusty boogers on bedding, head and body hair in shower, floors not vacuumed (they were filthy). I sent the host video. They sent cleaners the next day. We still had to sleep in an unclean condo that night. (It’s just gross and unsanitary). Master toilet leaked when flushed, flooding downstairs’ neighbor. Host sent a repairman to fix it on Monday, while we were out (with all of our belongings). Leak did not get fixed. Tuesday, host wanted access while we were away. I denied, because all of our belongings were in the condo. I agreed to be present Wednesday morning. I sat around all morning, repairman no showed. Jez (property management), basically said it's my fault because I want to be present. So now I’m without a master bathroom toilet. Super inconvenient. I offered to cancel the contract and vacate the condo. Host refused. After hours and hours of phone calls, messages, and waiting; our seven night stay was officially sour. I asked the host to waive the cleaning fee and comp one night, since we lost the master toilet for five of our seven nights. He refunded (50% of cleaning fee and 20% for the “affected night”). However, it was 5 nights, which would have added up to 1 night. (Facepalm). Customer service was terrible. I wasted so much time and money. In the end, incompetence and greed prevailed.

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Stay was great! Location was perfect for avoiding the Gatlinburg traffic. Check-in was easy and communication was prompt! The place is clean and spacious with everything you need for a mountain vacation.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024We did a summer end trip to the Smokies and decided to stay at this property for the weekend. This condo is really close to the park ( 15 min) and very close to downtown Gatlinburg, so high-5 for the location. The 3BR-3Bath option is wonderful as we were able to accommodate easily and very comfortably. The apartment was full furnished and clean with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The furniture was relatively new and in good shape. The breakfast table in the balcony had splendid mountain views :) I was most impressed by the communication between the host and myself. Instantaneous replies were most appreciated. Very helpful and we had a wonderful time at the Smokies. The condo stay complemented the park visit experience equally well. If you find this property, book it.

Stayed Jul 11, 2024We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was a huge plus at the end of each hot July day. The only challenge we had (and this is no fault of theirs) was the early check-out time. We took our grandmother who has a hard time getting around (on a walker) and at 9:55 the cleaners were there ready to clean and move on with their busy day. We were slow getting down the stairs and out in time, as they pushed their way through. Luckily we made it out in time. I wish we would have extended our stay for that reason alone. Overall, great time! Thank you!

Stayed May 3, 2024The accommodations were spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The drive up the mountain was absolutely beutiful. 10/10 recommend.
