Stayed Oct 10, 2025The rooms are huge. It’s a comfortable stay, but the place could use some updating. It was easy to access, parking was good and it’s quiet.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean in fact the carpets were just shampooed. The carpet was a wee wet by not a problem. The rooms were very large. The garbage disposal does not work, again, not a problem for us. The location was close to Costco, Target and Walmart. We will stay here again to visit my niece at the University of Denver.

Stayed Aug 12, 2025I really enjoyed the stay. The appliances need a upgrade or a service check. The biggest issue is the neighbors do not respect the parking so 60% of the time someone parked in the assigned spot.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Check in was good. Host provided up with great information. It was easy to find with the information. Also, fast to respond. Things I would change/fix:1. Update photos I think the ones there don't show how good the lay out it. 2. Add TVs in Bedrooms. When you have a family stay and only 1 TV in the whole house is hard. 3. The faucet in the Kitchen hot water & cold water are turned around. 4. Drier is very load and squeezes bad. Needs repaired. 5. Cabinets need cleaned out. There's expired stuff in them. 6. Patio blinds were missing panels and screendoor doesn't shut right. See photos. 7. Would be nice to get rid of room lamps and install light fixture with ceiling dans. For all the rooms. 8. Providing information about where the pool keys are hidden. 9. Explain how to turn the water on for the shower head. The kids and I had a hard time so just took baths the 1st day unitl I asked my hubsand. I have never seen a faucet like that and it was confusing. 10. Some blinds are brokwn through the house and/or missing the pole to open and close blinds.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Traveled to Aurora for a sports tournament for the week. The property was well kept, large bedrooms and easy access to anything you may need. Would recommend.

Stayed May 30, 2025This condo was a bit old but very spacious. The rooms are huge!!Could have used a roll of paper towels.
