Stayed Aug 10, 2025The property was clean and comfortable. The first problem was that there was no elevator and we had to lug our luggage and supplies up 3 flights of stairs!! That took 4 trips!! Because it was our first time staying there, we were not aware we could have gone to the other end and walked the full length!! We're 68 and 70 years of age! I called to try and get a different room but the rude customer service rep. denied very quickly!! However, we figured it out. Also, on our last night the door code decided not to work. After almost an hour of us trying and maintenence trying, we got Vacasa to change the code. Hopefully next time, we will choose a place to stay that will go more smoothly!!

Stayed Mar 12, 2025Wonderful getaway! Beautiful perfect for our little family. Lots to do for the boys. We loved the indoor pool. Watch the eclipse from the deck at 3 o'clock in the morning! Very special.
