Charming 2bd Retreat! Pool +Wifi +Great location

The room was clean and in a comfortable order. Only disappointment was queen bunk mattress was very thin, not so comfortable and no potato masher for Thanksgiving dinner, but we made due.

I’ve stayed in a couple different “condos” throughout out my adventures exploring the country. This was by far the Cleanest one I’ve been in. The Parking was Amazing. I never questioned my safety. Everything that was advertised was available. Justin was quick to answer any questions I had throughout the stay. Sadly we didn’t get to see any of the bears that were advertised. Hahaha! The Fantastic accommodations definitely were the icing on the cake. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to families or just a couple good friends looking to recharge from a hectic life schedule.

This is such an amazing condo! It was very clean and cozy. Justin was very responsive and really nice. It is located in a very nice area. Close to Rainbow falls! and to downtown. In fact, you can even walk to downtown if you wish. My kids swam in the pool everyday. I like how private it was and very clean as well. If you ask my husband, the highlight of this trip for him was when we saw a dozen bears all through out the park and also met the condo's resident bear. We will definitely come back to this place.

The condo was fine. There were several items in the condo that really need to be repaired or replaced.1. You should update the pictures. 2.The king size bed is very firm, very uneven and uncomfortable. 3. The dishwasher does not clean the dishes. We ran it twice and the top rack did not get clean either time.4. The fuzz ball table is completely busted. Don't advertise it if you don't have it fixed. 5. The guest bath had loose faucet handles. 6. The Master bath's light switch for the lights around the mirror sound like a fire is going to spark when you turn them on. 7. You should advertise when the pool and hot-tub is actually open. There are places that have the hot-tub open early in the year.

This condo was conveniently located to downtown Gatlinburg and to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The beds were very comfortable and there was adequate space for my family. My kids enjoyed the television and the foosball table.Unfortunately, the mountain views, while very nice, were on the other side of the parking lot. The dishwasher wasn't working properly, which was noted to the condo manager, so hopefully that gets addressed. The showers are NOT for anyone over 6'2. My husband is 6'6 and his head grazed the ceiling in the shower. Purely from an informational standpoint, the washer is actually a washer/dryer combo unit, so we weren't able to dry things like our gloves on a delicate cycle. There are small tubes of shampoo, but not conditioner. The towels and washcloths are comparable to what you'd find in a hotel. Also, the steps up to the unit are steep.The space was adequate for our needs. If I was in the area again, I might stay, but would also see what other options might be available in a similar price range.

It was well appointed. All kitchen appliances, utensils, etc you might need. Clean. Lots of towels, extra blankets etc.Close to the strip - you can walk but the hill is pretty bad unless you are in pretty good shapeUpstairs neighbors were loud all night long.

Overall, Condo was nice. Walls are a little thin and can hear people next to you or above, but the condo was clean upon arrival. Some things are renovated, some are outdated, but all in good working conditions and clean. Items are well stocked, with dish soap, sponges, soap/shampoo in the bathrooms. Communication was clear and timely. There was plenty of room for all. There is a trolley stop at the bottom of the steep drive, but the 1/2 mile walk into town isn't bad at all. Overall, would stay here again at the reasonable price.

Great location for activities and adventures around the Gatlinburg area and the National Park. The unit had enough room for a small family and the facility had ample parking.

Clean and convenient to downtown.

The place was amazing! I would recommend bringing fans due to there not being any in the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay. With our family of 5 we had more than enough room and everything you would need to be comfortable

The condo was exactly as described, the bunk bed room was great for our kids. Location was close to downtown and parking at the condo was easy and convenient. The host was quick to respond when I had questions and helped make our stay great.

We had an amazing stay at this property. It's clean and well-maintained. The entrance is a bit of a steep curve, but manageable. The host checked on us, which was appreciated.

Property was exactly as stated; clean and quite. Easy check in. Located close to all that Gatlinburg has to offer. Would highly recommend!

Close to everything but not necessarily walking. No sidewalks and hill is pretty steep. But overall it is the perfect location!

The property was described and had everything we needed for a great family trip! Would stay here again.
