Charming 2-Bedroom Slopeside Condo at Pico Mountain E304

Great condo with easy access to chair lifts, fitness center, area restaurants.

The condo is perfect if you’re looking for easy access to and from the slopes. The condo is at the base of the mountain and you can see one of the lifts from the living room window. Great place, clean, well kept, and perfect for a little getaway for a small group. The only complaint I have is regarding the check-in process. We had to drive to the facility to sign paper work and review check-in/out instructions. This is also when they provided the code to enter the property. Personally, I feel like this could all be done electronically prior to traveling . It would have been nice to not have to drive the extra 10 minutes passing the property, just to turn around and go back. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, but I do feel the check-in process can improve. Would stay here again!

The location is great, right at the base of Pico Mountain. The living space is awesome. We would definitely stay here again.

Home was very cold inside. Wind coming through door. You could see daylight through the door jams. Cable tv did not work. Power went out twice. Kitchen was not very well equipped with cooking items, baking pan, colander, potato masher, etc. Very outdated for the price. Location was great

We just returned from a week in this perfect ski condo. The unit is a third floor loft/duplex steps away from the lodge and mountain. It is well equipped with cooking equipment (pans, pots, crock pot, blender, good knives, measuring cups/spoons) and we cooked in every night. We loved the nightly fire and well stocked games. The mountain was great for my 7 and 10 year olds who loved to cruise the blues. My husband and I had a few good turns on the upper mountain. We also enjoyed swimming at the fitness center, so don't forget bathing suits. Check in/check out and rental agency was professional and helpful in all aspects. Can't wait to go back!

For most of our stay, it was just the two of us, but when our son and daughter-in-law joined us, the hot water system struggled to keep up. Otherwise, it was a beautiful unit and conveniently located.
