Stayed Aug 19, 2025When Grand Mountain Rentals sent all of the information about the condo stay, I informed them that I couldn't open their attachments. I asked for the email to be sent in a different format. They did not send it. When we checked into the unit, there were extra pillows but no pillow cases. In addition, bedroom #2 had no hangars in the closet. We asked for 2 pillow cases and a few hangars but got no response. Prior to arriving, I called Grand Mountain Rentals about other issues but got no response. The phone just went dead; no ability to leave a message. The directions for how to get to the unit do not match how to actually get there, partially because some of the street signs are missing or completely turned in the wrong direction. This unit needs a little sprucing up. Some of the windows don't work and in general, the unit looked a little shabby.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Very good stay. Needs a couple repairs, but it sounds like they are on top of that. It was a great location. Close to RMNP and Grand Lake. Easy access to everything. Grocery store is just a couple hundred yards away as well. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025Quiet but very close to the downtown area and Rocky Mountain National Park . Not a negative about this property but get groceries in Winter Park Colorado (Safeway) because Grand Lake only has a small bougie ( expensive ) market

The balcony had so much bird poop on it we did not use the space. The communication from the rental company and associated paperwork was excessive, confusing and frustrating. The in-person staff at the rental company was quite nice.
