Stayed Feb 6, 2026This place was clean & the host left coffee, filters, Keurig cups, and bottles of water for us to use as well! It was easily within walking distance from the USF campus! If I ever return to the area I will stay at this property again!

Stayed Apr 26, 2025This is a great unit. It has been tastefully remodeled and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the unit a lot. We were in town in part to do things at USF and this unit is right across the street, in a nice quiet complex. The owners are very nice and communicated quickly. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Jan 23, 2025The check in was easy and convenient. The host was available at all times. The house was well equipped with all our cooking needs. The beds were very comfortable. There were a variety of Restaurants in the area. We would stay at the Charming Condo again.
