Stayed Nov 1, 2025Nicely furnished and decorated. Not use to using keys to get everywhere on the property, but we got used to it. They also have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to use, which was very helpful.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024Great location! Beautiful apartment! Right on the beach! Very well equipped! Beach chairs and beach towels supplied! A reasonable price charged! Host quick to assist with any small problem! Everyone very friendly and helpful!! Would totally recommend. (the beds could have been less hard!!)

Stayed Jun 1, 2024Amazing view of water, very clean, has everything you'd need from cooking utensils to beach items. Love the location on south beach - very quiet part of the island, but still close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

The maintenance staff was very helpful and did a fine job when we needed them. Some work needs to be done on squeaking sliding doors. Just a matter of the owner caring. New kitchen was nice. Rooms were small. Harborview office hard to find even with the address difficult to see there sign.

Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time renting a condo unit at the Sea Winds complex on Marco Island. Great location, fantastic view + white sand beach. Our condo was clean, well furnished + ready for us upon arrival. Office staff folks were super nice + helpful. I would definitely return next year for our winter escape from MN.
