The bedroom is equipped with 2 new queen sized beds. the unit is on the first floor. the unit comfortably sleeps 6 people. It is right off the pool and just steps to the laundry room. Across the street is the ocean and is neat the shops of Hatteras Landing. The ferry is right next door to the retail shops.

Stayed Jul 19, 2025We very much enjoyed our stay at this condo. The pool and beach were very convenient and the people couldn’t have been friendlier. Responses from the host were immediate. The washer and dryer located nearby was very nice. There were a few things that I wish we had known before arriving. We were only provided one extra garbage bag and one dishwasher pod. There was no dish soap and only one roll of toilet paper and paper towels. I feel these things should have been provided as every other rental I’ve had in the past has included them. The front office was able to provide a dish pod for me and a roll of tp but we had to buy the rest of the supplies. Also, the back door was extremely difficult to open and should be fixed. My 11 year old daughter was unable to open the door herself which could have been a safety hazard. We had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025The condo was very nice esp. the pool and distance to the ocean. The property manager was very attentive as there was a last minute issue with the door lock. Only issue was the wifi was bad. Couldn't watch TV without it buffering every 5 minutes and our son couldn't use his laptop at all. Otherwise, would definitely rent this condo again!!!!
