Stayed May 19, 2025Secure inside with double locks and window bars. Rough neighborhood but no problems encountered. Portable AC units kept everything coo. Internet and TV good. Folding chairs. Twin bed in LR doubled as sofa. Host very nice.

Stayed May 3, 2025PROS:Comfortable stay. Nice location located near bus stops. Only about a 25-30 min walk from the strip and a 25 min walk from Target. Has most necessities. Nice and easily accessible host. A/C works nice. Wifi works nice. CONS: No kitchen knives or can opener. No mop for cleaning possible spills. Fan above oven can be dangerous for kids. Blankets and towels seem to be vacuumed but not washed as there were many hairs found on them. There is no self check in/out process; the host must be met. Overall, enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025Definitely appreciated this place. Neighborhood can be noisy, and not the sort of place to leave valuables out in your car. But the apartment was cozy, the renter was friendly, and it worked perfect for our needs.
