Decent overall but many things lacking. We had to move the table with lamp into bedroom to have one by the bedside. There were 3 teaspoons. Three! Bed was so soft neither of us could sleep. No storage for clothes or suitcases in bedroom— had to use 2nd bedroom to keep all our stuff! Would be very difficult to have more than 2 people in this condo. Rain leaked in through kitchen window getting some of our food wet. Not great in a rainstorm. And lastly but most obviously, on very top floor, walking up those steep steps multiple times a day is not for the faint of heart, with heavy suitcases, groceries, etc. View was great, though.

Great location. Ceiling fans were squeaky. So much so we could not use them. Parking passes were not in property when we arrived so we had to pick them up at realty office in addition to pool passes. Washer and dryer were in bathroom which was rrally small itself so you could barely manuever in there.

Overall we absolutely loved the space, it seemed newly renovated so it was all nice, new & clean(high end appliances). The location was fantastic, right next to the beach entrance. There were alexias(google dots?) in each room which could be useful to some but we don’t care to have them even in our own home so we just unplugged them. My only complaint was the communication wasn’t clear in checking in, it’s contactless entrance but you still need to get a parking pass and pool key from the oak island accommodations office. In the emails it says you *might* need to pick up those things but then never clarified that We personally did for this specific unit. This was all quickly resolved with a quick phone call, they were very responsive when I called and it was a short trip to the office to get what we needed. We can’t wait to visit again!
