Chandler - Two Balconies, Heated Pool and Spa

Pool area was good. Friendly neighbors.Kitchen needed better organization andcleanliness.

CONS: The pictures do not show how incredibly small this property is. First, if you plan to work from home this unit will NOT work for you as the WIFI is terrible. It goes off several times per day from minutes to hours. There is no live TV so if you like sports or other live shows you're out of luck. It was filthy when we got there - it looked like the last people left a few minutes before we got there. There was old food and alcohol in the kitchen cupboards, feminine products in the bathrooms, clothing in the drawers, closets and foot stools, and the towels and linens were in terrible condition. Toilets need to be replaced. The pots/pans are trash and need to be thrown out. Luckily we brought some of ours so we were OK. The furnishings look like garage sale items - the couch is so large you can't even get to the 2nd pub table chair, so we had to eat at the coffee table. At least once a week, the landscapers begin their gas blowers between 6 and 6:30 am. The location is convenient to the 202 and 60 but is so close to Chandler Blvd. that it is loud all of the time due to traffic and emergency units. The 2 really small patios are unusable. PRO'S: It has an old washer/dryer off of the larger patio which was convenient. This unit is one of a 4-plex. The 3 neighbors are wonderful! It does have a gated pool area that was not overly crowded which was a plus and there weren't many small kids. There are a couple of nice BBQ areas. It's a gated area which is a plus. Not worth the $

The davenport and love seat were very old and uncomfortable. I would suggest a new firm couch and a couple recliners instead of a love seat. Televisions are cheap; I would suggest another TV for a bedroom, with just an antenna so a person can get local news and weather. Thankfully we brought one from home. The place was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, paper towels and toilet paper, towels and wash cloths. I think we were charged $200 for cleaning after we left. If the owner paid $200 for cleaning before we got there, she got rooked. .

This condo had much more useable space than others we’ve stayed in. The master bedroom is huge. A king size bed, and dresser still allowed plenty of room for an electric piano. And the kitchen work area was larger than most. Nicely updated countertops, flooring, and furniture topped it off. Very friendly people in the complex. They welcomed us and made us feel at home. The manager was easily and promptly available for any concerns. We would recommend this unit.

We stayed here for 2 months. Condo was very well equipped and clean. Manager responded very quickly to any questions. I would highly recommend this property. I couple nice additions would be a DVD.player and a couple more comfortable chairs for patio.

Perfect place to stay while I worked. The condo had everything I needed.

We spent 3 months in this condo. The condo looks exactly as shown on the pictures. The condo is well maintained and all the neighbors were friendly. The owner was very friendly and responded to all of our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

My brother and I rented this unit kind of last minute due to a family emergency. The condo was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. It is convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping, churches and the highway. The complex was very quiet and other neighbors were friendly. Though we didn’t get a chance to use it, the pool and surrounding area were very nice. The owner was very kind and understanding of the situation we were in. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had and went out of his way to accommodate us.

The location of this condo provide easy access to everything in the greater Phoenix area. We enjoyed our month stay, found friendly neighbors who gave us great ideas for restaurant choice, local grocery stores and shopping. The condo itself was clean with ample supplies of typical items needed. I would maybe add a small paring knife in the kitchen. Since we booked at last minute I think price was higher than what we were expecting but still worth the stay.. Nearby park provided good pickle ball courts and playground for the kids.

We spent three great weeks at this rental. Fantastic owner who responded immediately to a couple of small issues we had. The condo itself is exactly as shown. Newly renovated and the best equipped condo we have ever rented. Such thoughtful touches. The property is well maintained and the pool is large, clean and definitely heated. Lots of lounge chairs. And the residents are friendly to renters. The neighbourhood feels safe and the property gated. Short walk to a couple of restaurants and some services. We would definitely stay here again.
