LAKESIDE VIBES is a comfortable, 2 BR plus den, 2 BA, ground floor condo situated on a pretty lake in Chandler. Wine and dine on the back patio overlooking the charming lake. Use our electric grill on the patio or the community charcoal grill just a few steps from our home for barbecuing your favorite cuisine. Enjoy jaunts on the mile long walkway that winds through the complex. Take advantage of the community grills and benches strategically located along the walkway.
The community club house is available to our guests and includes a gym, office center with computers, spa and three seasonally heated, salt water pools. One of the pools is just one building away from our condo. Pack your paddles to enjoy the pickleball courts that offer exciting and competitive action for guests of all ages. Kayaking, canoeing and stand-up paddle boarding are permitted on the lake. Plan to rent or bring your own as these are not provided by the home owners.

This newly upgraded condo has a living room with plush seating arranged to view the smart TV. The fireplace is nonfunctional. An adjacent den features a desk and chair for your remote work as well as a comfortable sofa with a queen size hide-a-bed. Wifi is complimentary.
The kitchen is fully stocked and has table seating for enjoying your home cooked meals. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are supplied. A door in the kitchen accesses the back patio that overlooks the lake and neighborhood. Highchairs and Pack N' Plays are available to rent.
The primary suite includes a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, walk-in closet and en suite bath. The newly remodeled bath has a walk-in shower and dual vanity sinks. A privacy door encloses the walk-in shower and commode. A hair dryer and soap are supplied.
Bedroom 2 also has a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan and storage space so guests can move in and feel at home. A view of the lake and a door to access the private patio are exciting amenities. Bedroom 2 and any visitors to the home share recently upgraded Bathroom 2 with a tub-shower combo.
An in-unit washer and dryer keep your wardrobe ready for the next adventure. A designated parking space is available for one vehicle with additional guest parking close to the unit.

The revitalized and historic city of Chandler is southeast of Phoenix and offers a variety of activities for guests of all ages. In addition to the vibrant downtown with premiere dining and shopping choices, there are many parks for those who enjoy active living. Visit Veterans Oasis Park to view wetlands, migrating shore birds and Sonoran Desert themed habitats. Desert Breeze Park features vintage train rides on the Desert Breeze Railroad. Tumbleweed Park offers Playtopia, a playground with themed activity zones. The nearby Arizona Railway Museum has antique train exhibits for train and railroad enthusiasts.
Our condo is also convenient for those who want to explore Tempe Town Lake, Riverview Park, Gilbert Riparian Preserve, Boyce Thompson Arboretum, Old Scottsdale, Phoenix and Usery Mountain Regional Park in Mesa. World-class golf along with scenic hiking, biking and horseback riding trails are exciting options that are a short commute from the neighborhood.

~ RESERVATION NOTES ~
The minimum age to rent is 28 years.
We rent to families; exceptions to this must be approved prior to confirmation of reservation.
The names of all guests staying overnight at the property must be included on the Rental Agreement's guest list.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, Arizona Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.
Written approval is required to exceed the standard occupancy of 4 for this home. Unless Arizona Vacation Home Rentals has granted permission to exceed the standard occupancy number, Guest agrees to limit guests, including infants and children, to standard occupancy of four (4).
Daytime visitors to home may not exceed two (2) people to include adults, infants and children unless prior permission is granted by Arizona Vacation Home Rentals.
Absolutely NO parties, gatherings or events of any size permitted. Home and community are for quiet enjoyment only.
To ensure neighborhood noise levels are respected, the home has NoiseAware, an excessive noise alert system that measures noise levels. It does NOT record sounds or conversations.
For guest security, on the outside of the home is a security camera that faces the street and driveway.
NO pets (including visiting pets) are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
All TVs are smart TVs for streaming and not cable or satellite serviced.
Violation of any house rule may result in termination of the rental contract, eviction and Guest will forfeit all monies paid, including rent, cleaning and deposits.
AZ Vacation Home Rentals reserves the right to require a refundable security deposit.
Guests who are paying the monthly reservation rate will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
This home does not rent for more than 31 nights under any circumstances.
We were here to attend a family wedding. Perfect location. Enjoyed the walk around the lake and morning coffee nearby. Condo had everything we needed. Would definitely return next time we are in the area.
Overall ok
Although it was just me, the unit offered space to entertain guests and was a convenient location with easy access to anywhere in the metro area. Shopping and dining right next door. Local inside mall just down the freeway and inside convenience of high speed internet made it easy to work remotely.
Awesome location, quiet complex with very nice amenities. Very close to lots of restaurants. We loved our stay!
The property and premises was beautiful! Walking distance to stores, restaurants, and nightlife. Short driving distance to many hiking trails! Aside from a leak in the tub (that was promptly fixed), our stay was GREAT! I would highly recommend and would love to stay here again!
We rented this property for the several weeks that our home nearby was not livable during a reno. It provided the perfect refuge for a busy family. Some of the best things about this property: - The kitchen is well outfitted with everything needed AND the cupboards have adequate empty space for food storage. - Dedicated/private gas grill. - Separate space for working with desk provided. - Full size washer and dryer - NOT the tiny apartment ones. - King size bed and large closet in master - Two pools, at least one of which is heated. - Lots of walking paths for walking, scootering and biking. - Lovely views of the lake from several windows. - Easy access to amenities. Its a quick walk to coffee, casual dining, grocers, yoga and more! The property was recently renovated and we were clearly one of the first renters post renovation. There were a few little post-reno quirks that were rapidly addressed by the property management and that did not negatively impact our experience at all. We were impressed with how quickly and thoroughly the management company addressed anything brought to their attention.
