Location doesn't get any better than this! Just a short 5 minute walk gets you

to the lifts at the newly remodeled Canyon Lodge. This 2 bedroom + loft, 3

bathroom is perfect for a large family, or group of friends, and sleeps up to

9 people. The full kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal after a long

day on Mammoth Mountain, and enjoy the cozy living room with a pull out sofa

sleeper. The condo has 3 full bathrooms so plenty of hot showers for everyone.

The master bedroom features a Queen bed, private balcony, flat screen TV and

en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV, also

with private en-suite bathroom, and the loft features a bunk bed with Twin on

top and Double on bottom with its own lounge area with TV, couch, and XBOX 360

with two bring your games! Enjoy all the comforts of home with free WiFi!

Complex has on-site swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, game room with

ping pong and pool table, and lounge area with flat screen TV, gas fireplace,

and kitchenette. This unit is not pet friendly. All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. Guests will be provided two parking passes.

If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our

    Great place. Plenty of room. Kitchen well stocked. Beds are comfortable with plenty of blankets. We traded out some pillows for more comfortable ones we found in a closet.

    This condo is in a great location and truly walking distance from Canyon Lodge! The place was clean, but the kitchen appliances and bathrooms need to be updated.

    I was VERY happy overall with the Condo. The unusually long and intense Blizzard made the parking lot a challenge to navigate. But weather is just one of those things....

    Pros: Steps to Canyon Lodge. Very comfortable layout. Feels roomy. Great entry space for skis and wet gear. Ground floor unit and protected loading area to pull car within feet of units front door. No wandering thru hallways and doorways. Great fireplace and fully stocked with wood, starter fuel. Great heaters. New bath fixtures, kitchen appliances. Some good kitchen items. Great plates, mugs, and glasses. Well stocked kitchen. Functional furniture. Good TVs. Good internet. Comfortable King bed. Three full baths is great. Two families can easily be comfortable. Very low cleaning fee. Cons: Small Kitchen (but usable). Small kitchen sink too. Horrible silverware and too few pieces (such an easy fix). Some fry pans have convex bottom but will still work. Hot Incandescent light bulbs all over (minor issue but easy fix- and subjective), old carpet (but works and not smelly) , couch cushions lost support but usable. Queen bed needs replacement (King bed is super good). Loft fold out mini couch/full cushion bed is disgusting when opened. Room with King bed is very cramped. Front door lock is bed/bath grade with push button lock. Unit needs Keyless entry lock so multiple people can come and go to unit independently (after all this is very short walk to Canyon Lodge) and reduce worries about copied keys and unauthorized guest access. Claims to sleeps 9 but only two keys are offered (I complained a day before coming and asked for 4 keys and got it without issue so YMMV). Big con is the advertised daily rate is falsely lowered. There are two large service charges from VBRO AND Red Awning. Its the old airline trick with fees so they show well on your search. Just be aware when you comparison shop. Unit is not luxury but we loved our stay, highly recommend, and will come again (with 4 extra 60 watt LED bulbs for the King room downstairs bath vanity so I don't bake). None of the cons are deal breakers but I wish they would address.

    This is our new favorite area to stay in. This is in a great spot, it is just very small (cramped) and needs updating.
