Beautifully furnished and decorated, this well-appointed condo boasts an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, living room, and dining area together. The fully equipped kitchen features a generous island ideal for food prepping or casual meals. The dining room table seats eight people, and the open layout is ideal for big families or entertaining friends. Guests will also enjoy a unique sitting area with mountain views.

All of the bedrooms in this unit are located on the lower-level (of the two levels). The primary bedroom is on the lower level and features a king-size bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, sunroom access, and an en-suite bath with a double-basin sink and a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area, a mounted flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bath with a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom features a queen-size bed in addition to a bunk bed, a mounted flat-screen TV, a sitting area, and an en-suite bath with a double-basin sink and a walk-in shower.

The Chamonix boasts a European design and luxury amenities, including private ski lockers*, an outdoor heated pool, a hot tub, an on-site fitness center, and complimentary underground/on-site parking. The villa has its own private deck with views over the slopes and the surrounding mountains. Situated next to the Elk Camp gondola and with ski-in/ski-out access, the Chamonix is perfectly located for an idyllic mountain vacation year-round.

*Chamonix has a slope-side ski locker room near all units but does not have lockers at individual units. The ski locker room is adjacent to the pool and hot tub area, and guests can walk across the slope to the midway gondola station or ski down to Base Village.

Guests of the Chamonix have direct access to Assay Hill or can take the complimentary shuttle to Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access other lifts in addition to world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

Chamonix is a non-smoking facility. Chamonix 26 is located in building C, which is not ADA-compliant. Guests will need to go up or down at least six stairs.

    Management was fantastic about letting us know about a week or two ahead of time that there were plumbing issues and we would need to stay in a different unit. They were SO thoughtful and communicative, making sure the new place had all we needed to have the kids/adults be comfortable in the new place with a different layout than the original one. They even refunded half of our trip for the inconvenience & to make up for the fact that the place we stayed at wasn't as nice (updated) as the original. Chamonix is where we were supposed to stay, so I can't speak to that particular unit, but the management company made everything worth it for sure. They even called to follow up after our trip was over. Honestly, 10/10.

    We enjoyed a beautiful few days. This condo is amazing. TV was great. Internet was great. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had pots and pans but no food-- not even salt and pepper (never had to bring my own to a vrbo before and we travel lots!) Here's my experience: Two weeks before our scheduled trip, my grandfather unexpectedly passed away and the funeral was scheduled the day we were supposed to check out. I emailed through the vrbo app and told them the situation and asked if the condo was available for us to arrive one day early, and check out one day early. I waited the 48 hours and never got a response. I emailed again, asking that if the condo wasn't available for us to go the day before, we could adjust our plans accordingly but to please just let us know. Again, no response. I emailed a third time and said that I would be leaving a review about the lack of response and communication, and again, no response. I received a text the day we were originally were to check in with all the check in information (which went very smoothly) and I replied to that text about how I would appreciate someone reaching out to me or responding to my emails. Again, no response. We ended having to leave a day early, to get to the funeral--without ever hearing from the management team. The location and condo was awesome. I would never choose to use this management team again--very disappointing.

    The staff and ski locker facility at Chamonix are tops, so combine that with a unit as nice as No. 26, and you’re in for some great overall accommodations.

    Grateful to stay at the perfect spot with our family. The ski in/ski out was the best!! Would of liked having a few more kitchen items(larger fry pan, stock items like spices) our cleaning staff was excellent!
