The Space:

Welcome to Chamonix #15, a beautifully themed retreat where every detail enhances your high-altitude experience.



The Living Room is an expansive, comfortable area anchored by a beautiful dark pine coffee table and a large, inviting blue/gray pull-out couch that converts to a queen sleeper sofa. Two supportive leather standing chairs flank the cozy gas fireplace, effortlessly controlled by a simple button for instant warmth. The room is decorated with a distinct mountain and forest theme, featuring a striking metal cutout of mustangs above the couch and a deer antler lamp on one of the pine end tables. Entertainment is covered with a 55 Samsung Smart TV and a surround sound system resting on a wooden stand. A large black area rug adds a soft texture underfoot, completing the rustic yet refined ambiance.



Adjacent is the Dining Area, featuring a substantial wood dining table with sturdy pine timber legs, comfortably seating eight thanks to four matching chairs and built-in bench seating. The atmosphere is lit by a charming black pinecone chandelier, while pine walls and hardwood floors tie the space together beautifully. The nearby Kitchen boasts warm tan stone countertops contrasted by eye-catching red cabinets with frosted glass fronts and unique, playful brass handles shaped like animals and flowers. Cooking is a breeze with full-sized, matching stainless steel GE appliances (stove, micro, fridge, dishwasher). Just inside the door, a wall hanger keeps your keys secure.



The unit's natural wood and mountain decor extends throughout, including a fun fish/skunk motif in the main bath. The private Deck offers a small outdoor space with two aluminum/synthetic chairs—perfect for a morning coffee or an evening moment of quiet. The unit is full of thoughtful touches, from the additional bedding in the hallway closet to the large, welcoming Chamonix poster in the kitchen.



Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom: Queen bed and ensuite bathroom with single vanity and walk-in shower.

• Living Room: Queen sleeper sofa



Things to Note:

• Coin operated laundry is available during your stay. Operating hours are from 9am-10pm.

• This unit is on the first floor.

• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. Parking passes are required and must be placed in the windshield or vehicles will be towed.

• If parking passes are not returned to the unit, guests will incur an additional fee of $100.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• Due to Mammoth’s remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable this is a common experience for visitors across town.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed, and additional fees may apply.
