C'est La Vie 30A, Gorgeous Beachfront Condo w/ Pool, Priv Beach Access

Sunsets were incredible and the direct access to a private beach is excellent.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was so pretty and looked exactly like the pictures. We stayed the whole week of Thanksgiving and loved the location. We were also excited that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. Lots of pots and pans as well as appliances and utensils made it easy. Plus the view of the ocean while eating was an added bonus. The pool is heated so the kids could swim even on the colder days. We will definitely be staying here again.

The beachfront Condo was perfect for our family weekend. The interior was spacious and the views were amazing!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The proximity to the beach and pool was fantastic! However, there were several issues that kept me from giving this unit a high rating. First was cleanliness. The lamps looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks due to the layer of dust on them. We let housekeeping know and a lady came over and wiped one lamp and said, “Is that it?” One other issue was the large cockroach that we found in the track of the sliding door. Second, the walking gate to the complex was broken and hanging. The sliding door in the unit was stuck and took a lot of force just to open. We put dish liquid on the track which made it a little easier. The hot water is set to a scalding level and the water temperature will change suddenly. You cannot access any tv channels, it is all app-driven. The unit has some annoying issues but the location is great.

Everything was great except the sliding door to the balcony. Needs to be replaced. Otherwise highly recommended.

Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the extra beach toys that were available as we flew in and didn’t have room for those items. Kitchen was a wonderful, making it easy to prepare meals and serve them with the dinnerware! Location was perfect with so much to do and places to eat! Had a great time!!

Location is top notch! The unit is fairly depicted by the pictures. The owner's have higher end finishes, decor, etc. The cleaning crew could be a bit better, some of the showers and towels had a bit of dirt of hair upon arrival. The building and pool is a little tired in comparison to the status of the unit. Not at all a deal breaker, but something to consider. Blue Vacations was great to deal with and they were very responsive.

We highly recommend this property!! Everything about this property was beautiful and the ocean view is spectacular!! The condo was comfortable, including all the beds. We had 8 adults and never felt crowded. There were many restaurants within walking/ riding distance that were fun and delicious! We did rent bikes and had slight problem with where to store them (bike rack at east end of property) that was easily resolved with Mandy the Beyond Blue Vacation property manager!! We can’t wait to plan our next trip here?

Not the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Lots of sand. Beautiful view. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping.
