This inviting split-level condo offers a comfortable and updated living space where you can relax and enjoy both ocean and bay views throughout your stay. Head downstairs to the nicely updated living area, designed with all the comforts of home, and prepare a quick meal in the well-appointed kitchen with new appliancesand seating for four. After a day at the beach, step outside onto the large oceanfront balcony to enjoy the sea breeze and the sound of the waves. The downstairs bedroom features its own balcony overlooking the Assawoman Bay, offering a beautiful spot to watch the famous Ocean City sunsets. A full bathroom with a shower is conveniently located just outside the bedroom door, and when you're ready for sand between your toes, simply step off the large Century I sundeck and head straight to the beach.​​​​​​​

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking spaces are available on a 1st come 1st serve basis through the Century 1 directly at $10 per day or $70 per week.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.

STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
