The beautifully decorated living area provides a bright and comfortable space to unwind before stepping outside onto the huge beachfront balcony, where you can soak in the ocean breeze and sweeping coastal scenery. Inside, the well-stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy, allowing everyone to gather and relax after a day at the beach. For added convenience, the unit also includes a washer and dryer, so you can pack light and enjoy a carefree stay.

Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration. Additional parking may be available through Century I on a first-come, first-served basis for $10 per day or $70 per week.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
