About the Space:
This spacious 1410 sq. ft. 3-story, 2 bedroom + Loft and Den / 2 bath townhome has a special layout that will comfortably sleep groups of up to 9 people. The property is located in the downtown area has everything you need for a fantastic stay in Mammoth Lakes.

The the open living area is located on the first level of the home and has been updated with luxury vinyl flooring throughout. The living room is bright, with vaulted ceilings, big windows and natural light. The living room offers comfortable couches, TV, and pellet stove to keep warm on cold winter nights. The dining area is located between the living room and kitchen – it offers seating for 6 people. There is a nice-sized, fully stocked kitchen, equipped for cooking a delicious meal, and shelving with plenty of space for food storage.

Off the main living area, on the first level of the home, is the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom offers a California king-sized bed and closet. Bathroom 1 is located between the primary bedroom and main living area; it has a tub/shower.

Bedroom 2 is located on the second level of the home. It offers a king-sized bed, closet space, and easy access to bathroom 2. Bathroom 2 is located directly across from bedroom 2 – it offers a nice sized vanity and tub/shower.

Also located on the second level of the home is a bonus space/den w/ vaulted ceilings and aspen tree wallpaper. It offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa, TV, small closet, and easy access to bathroom 2.

Located on the third level of the home, above the den, is the loft. The loft has three single beds.

We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, & cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, body & hand soap, lotion, hairdryer, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, & pellets.

The HOA amenities are available to all guests staying at St. Moritz. There is one jacuzzi, a sauna, pool (seasonal), community BBQ (seasonal), and community coin-op laundry facilities. The rec. room offers community pool/billiards, ping-pong, and foosball.

There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. The parking spaces are located in any open space in the community parking area. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle.

Other details to note:
Please leave all shoes, skis, gear, and ski boots in entryway and ski-closet.
