Centrally Located Studio Condo, minutes from Main St and Skiing!

A very nice condo, easy check-in, responsive hosts when a light was out. The unit has some helpful kitchen items for cooking. The neighborhood was quiet. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Room was clean. Only thing we would change is the size of bed from a queen to a king.

Right on the free bus line, no car needed to get to Park City Mountain/Deer Valley. Small studio, but great for a couple or single. Would stay here again for sure.

The property was just as advertised. Simple for that ski weekend. Made a quick solo stop on my way back home from California and it was perfect. The free bus stop is just steps outside the building. Whether you are skiing at Park City or Deer Valley (take the Teal 50 express if going to deer valley), the ease of getting to the mountain eliminates the need for a car. There is a parking pass if you do bring a car. Full kitchen if you want to cook your meals. Would definitely stay here again if doing a solo trip. This would be small for anything more than 2 people but it depends on how cramped you want to be.

Clean property and had everything we needed. Not quite big enough for a family of four, but we made it work. This was our first ski trip, wish there was more space for gear and wet boots!

The studio is the perfect size for 2 people. It met all of our needs dor our weekend stay in Park City. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay. Only issue I had was towels, If I wanted to go to the hot tub I would have needed more towels. Overall I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

September 6 night stay. Excellent proximity to PC, Five Seeds, and my son who lives in Silver Summit. Very clean. All needs met - from dish detergent to excess towels. One exception: trouble with TV connection. Owner responded quickly and when not resolved I let it go since I was rarely there. I suggested he check it before next visitor. Room no ready at check in time, but very shortly thereafter.

Clean, everything you need for a comfortable, terrific stay.. Free city bus service stops very very close to the unit!

Great room. Only complaint was that we weren’t able to check in because the forms hadn’t been sent to the front desk by the owner and the room wasn’t ready. The front desk was awesome at trying to get it resolved quickly. Couldn’t get in until 5ish. Next time I’ll go grocery shopping after we get checked in.

Great location, glad there was air conditioning. Soap refill was left out. Needed towels just for the pool.

The unit was clean but lacked some kitchen necessities such as any knives and a cutting board. The sheets for the pull out couch were ripped. Could have used one extra blanket. Could have also used a sponge to clean pots and pans.

Great location for a week long ski vacation, super close to Park City, Canyons and Deer Valley and within an hour from the cottonwood canyons. The place was clean and had great amenities. Hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing.

This is a really nice place to stay, perhaps in the summer. The problem is getting back and forth to the mountain in peak season. The buses are packed, and you often have to wait for 2 or 3 to get on, making the1 and1/2 mile feel like 20 miles away. But the appointments are very nice.

Nice stay. Plan on using bus to get around, adds 20min.

Unit was clean, parking was easy, check in painless!

Girl that checked us in wasn’t the friendliest. No smoking on property isn’t communicated before. Needs to be a designated spot. No noise after 10.

We were in Park City for a family wedding. The property was close to the venue. Our check-in was easy as was parking. The building was quiet. The room was clean and perfect for what we needed.

Check in process was easy found the room easy and the location is very good. The room is very nice, I had zero complaints. Will definitely stay again.

I always appreciate staying in a VRBO that comes with no surprises from the listing and the pictures provided. This was one of those stays. The listing and pictures accurately depict the property. Kitchen is adequately stocked with necessities to cook any meal desired. I would recommend adding steak knives and a cheese grater though as those are not there currently. Also, would recommend having a stock of kitchen garbage bags for the can. I bought a small box and left them at the property. Overall, stay was amazing. The bed is comfortable and everything worked. I would definitely try and stay here again should I find myself back in Park City.

We had a great stay. The property is very nice and clean. It is a nice area of town. The pool And hot tub were wonderful!! We will stay here again. The only thing that surprised us is that to get into the condo, you have to go inside the building and go down a hallway kind of like a hotel but with no lobby. Now that we know that, we will stay here again.

We loved staying here with easy access to all the offerings of Park City. There is a bike trail behind the unit with easy access to town and the bus stop is just outside the door with free transit around town. The unit was clean and suited our needs besides some recommendations below. Here are some recommendations. We stayed for 7 nights and was only supplied with a single travel shampoo bottle so we need to go to the store to buy shampoo, conditioner and soap so bring your own soap/shampoo if staying more than one night. There is a kitchen but there are some limitiations on what is available. If you are planning to cook you should bring a larger skillet (if you plan on cooking something like quesadillas), a can opener, and lots of the cookware's nonstick coating is wearing off so I would just bring your own if you plan on cooking.
