Centrally Located 2BR Overton Square Unit 2 Yes Pets

The Check in process was simple. There were some issues with the property that made it less than ideal but all are things that with attention by the owner would turn the place into a place I would stay again if it were just my boyfriend and I; however, I don’t recommend this place for renting by elders or those with small children or disabilities. This is due to the tub (which is jetted and tall, with no bar to get in or out with) and area and stair carpets that are curled up in spots causing a tripping hazard. Additionally, all bedrooms are upstairs. Additional issues: broken dryer (see additional review from September 2024 noting this issue, which went unfixed), slow draining shower drain, dusty, and one bedroom had no curtain or blinds for privacy. I did communicate the dryer issue and an issue we had turning the heat to off as directed to for checkout and the property manager was very quick with communication.

Rug in living area cruled up tripped over it. No fire detector up stairs.stove top had burnt food on it. No extra garbage bags. No rug in bathroom to get out of shower on.

Stayed the night to see a show at Overton Park. Really nice place and everything is within walking distance. Quiet, very clean, and everything you could possibly need

We loved the neighborhood. It was quiet and peaceful, and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. The unit had everything we needed, and the online photos were an accurate depiction. We would certainly stay here again.

The unit was as described. The host was very helpful and was quick to respond. Location was perfect for my weekend stay. There was plenty of parking on the property. Will stay here again when I am back in Memphis!

Yard and outside not well kept. Most light fixturs did not have bulbs. 4 towels for 4 people for 2 days so we tried to wash but dryer was broke so we went to walmart to but towels. There is no hot tub unless they are referring to whirlpool tub. Rugs were dirty and curled up so we trippedseveral timed. Dead bug in one of beds Wasp nest on patio. One bedroom had closet but no dresser other bedroom had dresser but no closet. Sofa .smelled like old freebreeze Amenties wete very minimal.

Cute apartment right off Overton Square. Had everything we needed for the night and was walkable to several restaurants. The host was very quick to respond and helpful. We would stay again.

Super close to Overton square. Walked to restaurant for dinner. Sat outside on the patio every night. Very safe neighborhood. Bed was comfortable

We were only here for a night, but felt safe and comfortable. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, which was not a problem for us, but could be for some with mobility issues.

The property is well taken care of and very clean. It is located in a great area with a lot to do within walking distance. The communication from the property owners are fantastic. They reach out as soon as you book and respond timely when we struggled to find the correct unit number. There are 3 units, so be sure to check which one you book. I would stay again.
