    Great place for a family or a group of friends. Close enough to walk to everything but super easy and cheap to get Ubers if you prefer. Very clean and exactly as the description suggests. Would love to come back next year.

    The house was well equipped with everything we could have needed. Impressive view of the lake from the balcony. The fire was added ambience and warmed the upstairs beautifully. Only a 15 minute walk into QT. Half the walk was steep. 15 taxi ride. Use address 39 Kent street when using taxi’s and Uber. Would certainly stay here again.

    This property has amazing views and is stylish and comfortable. We could walk to downtown Queenstown, but mainly took an Uber back up the hill. Neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We requested an early check-in after our 30 hour trip and it was so nice to have a place to land and regroup. Highly recommend!

    Wanted to stay close to town for location - good view top level /lounge of lake & mountains. Good heating throughout. Well designed property internally- layout of living areas over 2 levels - dining/kitchen with lounge are split level so worked well with 4 teenagers + two adults for space. Good wifi. Good kitchen & appliances (can opener broken - broken ice trays in freezer). Good sized bathrooms (2). Asked for single beds in 2 rooms but got doubles in all - large main bedroom . Garage VERY tight & not permitted to park outside - we hired Kia Carnival - just made it into garage with prob 10mm each side after side mirrors closed- important in winter to get into garage for no ice in morning. So if going in large vehicle or with snow racks might not be able to park in garage which isn't great as on steep area & no parking outside each day. Everything was clean however there was one area of kitchen sink that had many months of grime built up under silver piece - once seen I couldn't unsee it. Limited rubbish (2garbage bags for 8 day stay) so I ensured I kept the whole week of 6 people to one rubbish bag so no drama/extra charge (daily we took bag with us/used bins at locations). Extra when someone had nose bleed & 20c size of blood - charged $88 for sheets. While the hill is steep it is mentioned on all reviews - can walk along Hallenstein street to stairs & easy 5m downhill walk to town - cost $25 taxi home. Spent each day out -needs more toilet paper left as ran out. Good stay

    Awesome property close to town , fabulous view and beautiful decor. I would thoroughly recommend staying and will be booking in next time we are in Queenstown.

    We really enjoyed our stay at Central Lake Views. A fantastic location with amazing views from the balcony. The property was clean and had everything our family of five needed. The property is located at the top of a steep hill and is multi-level. We didn't have a car but enjoyed the daily challenge of walking up the hill from the nearby supermarket. We would definitely stay there again.

    The townhouse was lovely , and clean, with a great view. We were very comfortable. I would be clearer about the parking is not in a garage, but out front of the townhouse. Thank you for a lovely stay, Cathy

    The property was clean, comfortable and made our first time to Queenstown even more enjoyable. The views were amazing and close to the town centre. We would definitely choose to stay here when we visit again :)

    We couldn’t travel to NZ due to a spinal injury to one of our children. We couldn’t move booking and partial refund completely out of question, which was fine, but dealing with Stays and Goodstays to obtain a simple letter for an insurance claim was utterly infuriating. Will never book a Goodstays managed property again.
