Amazing stay. Amazing views

Location to beach was wonderful. However this property has been neglected. Needs some tlc.

Great location. Very convenient and comfortable.

The location of this property is the best. Great sunset and sunrise both days. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and make coffee. It was also the cleanest part of the apartment. Unfortunately the floors were sandy throughout, but we found the broom closet and cleaned it up. The upstairs bathroom is in need of some deep cleaning. The shower door chalking and tub mat were moldy and disgusting. The downstairs bathroom shower and toilet were much better. We also found broken glass on the main patio. The beautiful view and weather made this weekend amazing, but the little details of a clean unit took away from the overall experience being a higher score.

My mom and I have stayed here the last 3 years. We love this location and VRBO. It’s a little out dated but see that every year we come there are improvements. The location couldn’t be better it’s close to the beach and shopping and perfect for two to four people.

Not super undated but perfect for families with kids…..very beautiful view and close to town

This property was quite dated. The fan in bathroom was extremely noise as was the refrigerator. The kitchen counters need to be replaced as the laminate was detaching. Only one lamp in front bedroom. Also this bedroom had too much furniture such as the lounge chair. The fire extinguisher on deck was rusted and most likely inoperable. Windows were extremely dirty. The location and view were wonderful.

First of all, the location of this property is extraordinary - just a few steps down from the parking & you're on the beach. The views from each of the balconies were incredible, and we could easily hear the waves crashing from our bedroom. That said, the inside of the property is a little dated, as accurately represented by the listing. The living room is pretty cramped with dated furniture and the bathrooms and kitchens don't seem to have been recently updated. One piece of that is that there is *no A/C in the property*. I think 90% of the year that's totally acceptable, but we were unlucky enough to have a weekend where it was 90 degrees in October. Again, the listing is accurate about this, but I never dreamed it would be this hot! So just make sure you're ready for that. There was only one fan, but when I reached out to the property managers, they had another fan sent over. That was a huge help & we really appreciated it! We had a great stay, as again, the location was incredible - 5 min walk to downtown Cayucous and even less to the beach. For a short stay, this place is great. Thanks for having us!

My family and I have been staying at these condos for decades. This location is absolutely perfect and managing reservations from SeaLyon is amazing as they are very responsive and easy to work with!
