Cayucos Oceanfront Condo

This property is all about the view, which is perfect. Huge window and balcony to appreciate the stunning view of ocean, bay, pier and Morro Rock in the distance. The location is also great. Short walk into town on the beach or road. Restaurants, cafes and antique stores. Go the other way for a lovely cliff top walk. We saw seals and otters. Short drive to see Elephant seals to the north and lovely Morro Bay to the south.The apartment is big enough for two adults and 2 teens easily. One ‘bedroom’ is a loft with no door (king? Bed).. But totally fine for teen stay. Off that room is the other upstairs bedroom with two twins. Downstairs is the other bedroom with a King bed (and balcony). There are two flights of stairs to get into the apartment. It’s not updated but it is clean and comfortable. If you want a flashy place with instagramable kitchen this isn’t it but for a clean comfortable stay with amazing views and location it can’t be beat. I hope we can visit again.

Great location clean quite

Beautiful views, nice interior, great kitchen. Spent a lot of time on the balcony. We plan to stay in one of those properties again, except on a first floor.

The view and location was great

Great property with view and location. The problem was that the unit was dirty. Top of fridge had t been cleaned in so long that we didn’t want to use the Keurig. Balcony was too dirty to utilize. Table chairs and bench had not been cleaned for a long time. Barbecue knobs don’t function and is dangerous when it comes to shutting it off. Also several burners were inoperable due to off and on not functioning. If we hadn’t arrived late I would have talked to someone in person and rejected the unit. Last straw was construction in unit next door that made it impossible for toddler

I and a friend stayed at this comfortable condo right on the beach for 5 nights. We enjoyed the throwback 70s vibe. There is a new couch, new end tables, and the place is a little more spruced up. We think the curtains, while clean, were too long and didn't fully cover the windows / outside patio door. In the scheme of things this did not distract from our enjoyment here. We found the condo clean and comfy. The kitchen is VERY well stocked, all appliances worked (the icemaker was not working but we were coming in off season). We had a huge selection of glassware, silverware, and dishes - of a couple of styles - one very colorful. So fun! The fireplace requires wood and the managers requested a self burning log be used, but we opted not to use the fireplace. I'd bring bath soap and buy a kitchen sponge but we had everything else we needed. There were some spices, salt, pepper, and such. We left a little coffee. The coffee pot was great. Good knives too. The beds were clean and soft - but not too soft. The carpet was clean; we had two sets of towels and extras in cabinets. Virtually everything we needed. So, ignore the distasteful review which noted that the visitors didn't were so disappointed they didn't even stay there. Whether accurate or not, the place is now very habitable. And the view! You can't beat the location - on the edge of charming Cayucos. Just steps to the beach (about 20). Props to the responsive managers and the easy checkin. Enjoy!

The property was filthy, furniture worn and dirty, old shag carpet, terrible smell-also smoke smell. It is very old and just awful-we didn’t even stay snd lost the money. Do Not book this place unless you are beyond desperate.

Wonderful condo…beautiful view and beach access. The location allowed our pre-teens to enjoy a taste of independence as they were able to walk to the store for a drink, out to the pier or even a short walk on the beach. Would stay here again.

Cozy little spot. Close walk to the beach and downtown. Beautiful view off the balcony. Although we weren't expecting all of the stairs we will come back and or recommend it to others.

The condo is in the perfect location with excellent views, fun for the whole family. Well stocked, nice and quiet, easy to work with people we can’t wait for our next family trip.
