Cayucos Beach Retreat - Perfect location, ocean views!

The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The rug and couch were in need of a good shampooing. There was also a large stain on the pad under the bed sheets. The place looks great in the photos, but is a bit more tired and run down than it appears.

We loved the place. Though we didn’t like the neighbors smoking all day long. Our stay was pleasant and would stay again.

It was an amazing location, it had everything we needed to make meals. Beds were comfortable, crashing waves a great lullaby.

Cayucous is our favorite place. This condo is darling. It is in the heart of Cayucous. We could walk everywhere. We will stay here again. Thank you for hosting us.

Great location, across the street from an antique store, coffee shop, Brown Butter Cookie Company and steps to the beach. The host, Laura, was super communicative and welcoming. Overall, a pleasant stay. Thank you!

Fabulous location. Not very clean and needs some maintenance attention.

Great location, plenty of amenities, nice view from upstairs. Lots of stairs inside and outside, so be aware of that. Kind of a musty smell inside that dissipated when airing it out. TV was difficult to work for us but we are not used to streaming-type channels. All in all a nice place.

I loved that the beach access was just around the corner, however the actual rental was not exactly what I had anticipated. You can see the ocean from the balcony but it is obstructed by the rooftop of the condos in front of you. There was dirty dishes in the cabinets, ants at the top of the stairs, we found at least 2 big clumps of hair, the downstairs bathroom sink was clogged, my dad was able to unclogged it & we had no Wi-Fi access. It was a cute condo & great location otherwise.

family needed a quick 3 day get away. It was perfect. Loved the views, description was accurate, accommodations comfortable.

The location of this condo is unique in that you are not directly looking down on the beach and parking lot due to a roof of the lower condo in front of the 2nd floor patio, but directly onto the ocean beyond the beach. It gives it a more secluded private feeling while being in the middle of everything at the tiny beach town of Cayucos, which we loved. The condo has everything we needed. Plentiful towels, which we appreciated. Great communication with the property manager. Clean, uncluttered , tastefully decorated and well kept. Note that the staircase is such that you wouldn't want to leave toddlers unattended. We would love to be back.

Sleep on the couch! I know that may sound crazy, but our family of six stayed in this wonderful condo and my husband and I slept on the sectional couch while our teens slept in the bedrooms downstairs. With the light-blocking curtains and the sound of the waves just steps from the property, we had such a restorative trip! The kitchen is well appointed, and the location just can't be beat. Everything was lovely, clean, and comfortable.

Home was nice. Pricey for what you get. View was nice but obstructed by a roof in front of the balcony. It was also a bit noisy. Home owners could have been more courteous with condiments (coffee, sugar). Being a host myself, the property owners could do better with it being a bit more welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and in the heart of town. Definitely would recommend!

Cute beach town of Cayucos. Location is 1 min walk around the corner to beach access. Restaurants are walking distance. Nice view of the pier from the balcony. We would stay again, thank you!
