Stayed Feb 18, 2026We checked in after hours and it was easy. There was a great map guiding us to the garage and where to park in the garage. When we arrived at our room, however, we found that the doors that connect the room to the other unit were both wide open.We double-checked the reservation and had just rented the studio, so we closed the doors and went to bed. Then the people renting on the other side came in and it was super loud. The doors didn't block the sound very well and with hardwood floors we could hear everything happening on the other side. Very unlike traditional hotel adjoining room situations where the doors do a good job of preventing sound transfer.The unit was clean and nice and the bed comfortable, but unfortunately the sound issues didn't end with the adjoining unit. In the middle of the night we were awoken to a bobcat very loudly clearing snow right outside our window. Additionally, there were points where the movement of the machine would cause the building and specifically the bed to shake. Living in California I am no stranger to earthquakes and in bed it felt close to a 2.8 shaking the bed.The location was awesome and the ski lockers were great, but we won't be staying in this particular unit again.
