Casual beachfront getaway with pool, ocean views, & beach access

loved the view, loved the set up of the condo, wish there had of been more bath products to use

Amazing unibs

We've always enjoyed the various Phoenix's great views & direct beach access. This particular Phoenix 3 was old & run down. Our key pad did NOT work, which left us outside for hours. Front desk people were NOT willing to help at all, saying Vacasa rentals didn't apply to them. Condo was very 'worn'. Rugs torn, bedspread worn out, furniture uncomfortable & NOT the furniture shown in those beautiful pics on the listing. Out of anyone's control, but weather was terrible while we were there & weather-proofing around the pool area (as our email stated) meant workers on scaffolding on the 15th floor, RIGHT AT OUR CONDO, with loud, howling equipment & voices! We left. Stayed one night & left. Horrible experience & will not be back. This condo is currently for sale,, so noone is concerned about it's contents or your experience. Vacasa is a NO for us going for us.

Everything was lovely, thank you so much. The only thing we noticed is the kitchen sink was loose and a dripping a bit, it was nothing major, just wanted to make you aware in case someone needs to go tighten it up a bit. Thank you so much tho, we had a great time!

Enjoyed the beach, the room was nice and the bed was super comfortable. Unexpected charge of 55 for parking pass and not dealing with VRBO directly will cause me to use another site to book next time. I actually thought I was being scammed due to Vacasa being the host but that was not clarified anywhere. I just started getting messages from them after receiving confirmation from VRBO. Then the receipts from Vacasa and VRBO didn’t match.

The unit is lovely with beautiful views of the Gulf.It is a well-appointed unit with everything one would need for a perfect stay.It is very quiet, the staff is nice, and there is always security around making sure peace is instilled. Indoor outdoor pools, hot tubs, exercise facilities, and plenty of parking.Restaurants nearby, one you can walk across the road to.Good grocery and Walmart nearby.Beach is so walkable at the edge. Water is calm, no sinking in the sand. The beaches are white soft silky sand.Nearby, there is a beautiful state park with tons of walking trails. Bike lanes everywhere. Always the option to go to the busier Gulf shores which is on the other side of the park.Food and walking tour of beautiful Fairhope 1 hour away...don't miss visiting their historic Grand Hotel.

We absolutely loved this condo! Perfect size for two people and super clean and nice. Pleasantly surprised to find it on the top floor making the view amazing and total privacy. We will be back!

We have always loved staying in the Phoenix condos and this was no exception. Comfortable, spacious, amazing views, sooooo much fun. The only bad part of the trip was having to leave!

The condo has a great view of the ocean and beach. Vacasa was a very professional and we'll organized property management.

The place was very clean and just like the pictures. The view is AMAZING and will be hoping to come back!

The room was beautiful and we loved the ocean view! I was very happy with our stay!

Great Location at Orange Beach with a good seafood and breakfast restaurant right across the street. Condo unit is showing a lot of wear and tear. It is being offered for sale and some areas have been updated but a lot is still definitely worn. The pool area is also showing a lot of wear and tear.

I think the rugs could use a good cleaning or new rugs in the rooms.

Perfect place for an anniversary getaway. Clean. Great location with an even better view. Would definitely return!!!
