Castle L1 Double-loft with pool,beach access, gym, tennis, free parking!

Property was very dirty and outdated pictures from website are not showing the current state of property.

It is not as advertised. You might see ocean from living room if you look hard. Deck looks over highway and tennis courts. Barely room for 2 chairs. Both bedrooms are up flight of steps. So much for advertised lobby level no stairs to climb with luggage. Whole place needs remodeling. It has a lot of wear and tear. One bedrooms bathroom is downstairs off the kitchen. Not too convenient. The other is small and has no vanity space for personal items. The tub and shower area are in need of repair and upgrading. Pool is under construction so no go there. I lit is not as I imagined

Overall the property was fine. It could use painting, new flooring, & window treatment. The unit was clean though. The valet parking was a problem. So we just parked our car and used Uber the whole week instead.

We loved our stay and the loft! It’s beautiful! Everything was provided and easy to find. The balcony was lovely to sit on and enjoy all the people watching. There’s a convenience store right downstairs on the way to the pool and jacuzzi. There’s also a rental shop for bikes and scooters downstairs. To get to the ocean and beach and boardwalk was just a walk by the pool.

- Outdated, smoke area under balcony, things felt like they were ready to break at any time, no house cleaning available, pool is not always heated Location, amenities, laundry in the room, Parking included, really good internet speeds.For the price it could better

Overall experience was average. Building and condo are both pretty outdated. Can’t really beat it for the price though. Worked great for our crew. Located right on the beach and food/grocery right on property made it nice. Only did two nights.

Unfortunately, the condo had a bad mold problem. You could smell it as soon as you walked in, and there was visible mold and water damage. Check-in took about an hour (unfortunately, even though it’s a vrbo, you need to check in in person, and the lines were always long.) It really needs a deep clean (there were visible hairs and handprints), mold remediation, and remodeling.The location on the beach is nice.

Great spot to enjoy the ocean and the large heated pool!

It serves its purpose. Clean, spacious, and nice amenities. We did rent a car but there were plenty of taxis, Uber, Lyft available. I recommend this stay

Excellent location and nice place.

Overall we enjoyed our holiday stay at the property .very clean and fast valet help in getting the cars .pools and the beach very well maintained.

Good location, if your looking to be near the beach. Apartment is a bit outdated, but has a lot of room for the entire family. Access to the gym and walking distance to beach, is a plus. Overall good stay.

More than met our needs. Lack of lounging chairs, pool was not available - despite being advised it would be ready by Thanksgiving. The prop Mgmt people were immediately responsive!! Some of the renovations over the years were not very impressive.
