Castaways 8B - Gulf-Front Condo With Room For The Whole Family!

Stayed for 3 nights with my daughters. The condo was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, great view, and all that we needed. The pool was nice and accessible, beach access couldn’t be easier, and located near lots of restaurants and shops. We’ll definitely consider coming back.

Location was wonderful. Accommodations of condo were very convenient and price was fair. Condo bathrooms need updating and repair.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen.

We had a fantastic stay at Castaways 8B! Everything was exactly as expected. The unit was clean and cozy, and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The location was perfect- it was an easy walk to shops and restaurants.

Loved the location - was able to walk to many different restaurants - just steps from the beach also. The pool was great - very clean. The condo was nice - a little dated - view from balcony was great. BYO pillow!!

Easy Checkin and out. Communication with host was easy and timely. Will definitely book again.

I had 4 teenagers with me. They all had a great time being located so close to all the action in Gulf Shores.

We stayed in Castaways 8B from 09.11.2024 through 09.16.2024. Things of note: the coffee maker is a drip coffee maker, there is a great blow dryer in the master bathroom, the water pressure was excellent, internet worked fine. The appliances and ice maker worked great. 8B was clean and quiet with plenty of pots, pans, dishes, and clean kitchen and bathroom linens. There were menus and money saving coupons in the kitchen—we saved money at restaurants and attractions. Castaways was clean and safe and the property was well-maintained. The beach was clean and the water was clear. There is a toy box on the property near the pool for toys—take one/leave one. I prefer the smaller, boutique feel of Castaways vs the mega condominium complexes. I would definitely recommend Castaways 8B and our host Ty responded quickly to my questions. It was 10/10 vacation, only steps to the beach and nearby to so much fun, food, and shopping.

We were happy with the condo and especially happy with its location to the beach and the restaurants. Everything was as shown on the website. Patio chairs needed to be replaced as well as the pillows. Other than that we would stay there again.

Good clean property. Excellent location close to everything. Short walk to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. Parking lot is kind of tight and the elevator is unpredictable but all in all we would definitely do it again.

The condo was just as described, we had a wonderful time. The beach and pool were just steps away. Condo was clean, mattresses were a little rough but we all survived. Owners were very accomadating and got us in earlier than expected. Elevator was broken upon arrival but they got it back going quickly. Parking is very tight.

The condo was excellent! It fit every checkbox we had. Plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities we needed. The owners of this condo where very kind and quick to responded to messages. They seem to care about their guest and really want people to enjoy themselves. Only negative issue we had was the elevator. My 83 years old dad went was with us and the elevator was a hit or miss on working. He had to walk up 8 flights of stairs 4 times. Dad says this was keeping him young however, he didn't want to leave the room much because of this.

We loved everything about our stay. Loved the location, close to everything you may need, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc..Beautiful view of the beach and ocean from the balcony. Very clean and had everything we needed inlcuding chairs and an umbrella for the beach which was very nice. Definetely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Condo was very nice, spacious and very clean. It is within walking distants from alot of places, beach is right outside the condo, pool is nice. We had a very relaxing time and will be going back again. Highly recommend!!
