Age requirement: 25. This means that the primary reservation holder, who will be staying in the unit the duration of the reservation, MUST be 25 at the time of booking.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle upto 2. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.
This is not a pet friendly complex. You will be asked to vacate the unit if you are caught sneaking in a pet and will risk losing all funds.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Kitchen includes- A starter set of trash bags(2), dish soap, dish detergent(1 use), , paper towels(1 roll)

Bathrooms include- Toilet paper(1 roll each), travel size: Shampoo, body lotion, face soap, bath soap, trash bag(1 each)

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
