Casa Rosa getaway in Parrot Bay walkable to beach with pool and WiFi - dog OK

I enjoyed the access to boardwalk and beach.

Pullout couch did not work. Had to use inflatable mattress. Porch was crummy and not cleaned. Inside was acceptable, but Main bedroom bed was or seemed like a temporary bed, not a real bed and AC unit blasting at our head.

I'm sorry to say that we have found the place unacceptable and have booked other accommodations. We ended up not staying at the property. It started out on a bad note. The building was not marked with an address. The building was marked Casa Rosa and the advertisement said Casa Sophia. No helpful signs to the upstairs unit. Debris scattered amongst the upper floor. A ten digit door code.... really? AC units filthy, filters never seemed to be cleaned or changed. Hair and debris on sheets as well on sofa. We cleaned with antiseptic wipes and was discussed with what we saw. There was black mold on the AC units and an old AC unit discarded in a closet. We found excessive dirt and filth on top of the refrigerator. I tried multiple times to take care of the car pass and without any satisfactory results from the recommended process. I called the security company as recommended by your text and they hung up on me and then sent my next call to voicemail which was not sent up. I really can't find any redeeming qualities of this rental. I want a full refund for this unfortunate experiences As you discuss our situation with your team, I want you to know that we did make an attempt to clean the apartment enough that we could stay there comfortably. My wife brushed off the couch as best she could. We shook out the sheets to get rid of the dog hair and other dirt. We wiped down the kitchen counters. We wiped the dust from the window sills that we're up against the bed and the pillows.

Overall it was a very good experience except one of the chairs breaking when we sat down at the dinner table and then also when we went to get ready to leave the guy showed up and basically rushed us out please before 10:00

The location is perfect and very convenient. The walk to the beach and fishing pier is perfect! The host was very prompt and helpful! Great place!

This rental in Ocean City, MD, is all about the location! Just steps away from the boardwalk, we found ourselves walking back and forth multiple times a day to soak in the vibes of the beachfront. Despite the chilly weather, our dog was over the moon about the beach. We planned our visit around the St. Patrick's Day parade, and it didn't disappoint. Although many places were still closed for the season, there was no shortage of fun for us. My wife, our three teenagers, and I had a blast exploring what was open and enjoying the festive parade. This spot proved to be the perfect home base for our family's Ocean City adventure. It’s ideal for anyone looking to enjoy the boardwalk's charms and the special events the city has to offer, even during the cooler off-season months.

Very spacious space with nice kitchen and living room. Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Would highly recommend!

Good location and easy access to busses and the boardwalk. Good for a roof over your head. Would not recommend if you have little ones. Exposed extension cords. And tools down low. Closet door leaning on the wall in the back bedroom. A/C filters were clogged with dirt. Toilet handle broke. Was fixed very fast. Average cleanliness.

We loved the pool and how close it was to the boardwalk. It's really quiet at night too. However, the place was not very clean when we got there. There was a blood stain on the blanket, the fridge was dirty, and the floors weren't swept. Also, the toilet only flushed properly about half the time. I think with some renovations and better cleaning, this place would be 5 star!

Sufficient but not as comfortable for the price with all the added on fees, somewhat outdated . Could have stayed on boardwalk for half the cost .
