Inside, kick back on sofas in the open-concept living area and watch TV. The well-equipped kitchen offers all you need to cook delectable dishes, including a full suite ofappliances and ample counter space. When it’s time to eat, gather at the four-person table. Easily walk to both the beach and the fishing pier from this conveniently located condo. The Ocean City Boardwalk is only four blocks from home. Rent bikes to explore the area on two wheels. The skatepark, playground, and park are all only one block away. Additional nearby entertainment includes dining establishments, as well as tennis and basketball courts. THINGS TO KNOW The swimming pool is operated by the complex and we have no authority over the pool. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day to Labor Day; subject to change without notice including days and hours of operation in which the pool is open. The pool is unheated and 5-feet deep. A double sofa bed offers extra sleeping space. This vacation rental offers partial air conditioning This property does not have a washer/dryer (a coin-operated laundry facility is available nearby) *Please note elevators are not available. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
