Welcome to your home away from home in beautiful Puerto Rico. Our goal is for every guest to feel relaxed, comfortable, and create unforgettable memories while staying with us.

To ensure this experience for all guests and to remain in compliance with the community, the following rules are strictly enforced and must be followed at all times.


RULE ENFORCEMENT & FINES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

All rules are clearly communicatedin multiple areas of this listing, including the description and additional information sections.

By booking this property, you acknowledge and agree to follow all rules outlined below.

➡️ Any fines issued by the HOA or community due to guest actions will be charged to the guest.
➡️ Fines typically range from $100 to $250 per occurrence

‍♂️ POOL ACCESS (STRICTLY CONTROLLED)

• Access is limited to 1 designated pool only
• Guests MUST notify us in advance before using the pool
• Access must be coordinated and approved if you are looking for a property to be at the pool every day regularly, this is not the property to book.

Failure to follow these steps may result in denied access and/or fines

ISLAND LIFE – WHAT TO EXPECT

You are visiting a tropical island—please keep this in mind:

• You will hear the beautiful coquí frogs at night
• Occasional water or power interruptions may occur (typically brief)

➡️ These are normal conditions of island living and do not qualify for refunds


❄️ AIR CONDITIONING

• Use the ❄️ snowflake mode for cold air (not fan mode)
• Living room unit uses a remote control (located near the unit)

️ MAINTENANCE

This is a private home—not a hotel

• There is no 24/7 on-site maintenance staff
• We will respond as quickly as possible if anything is needed

Five minutes from Fajardo marina where you will find the best snorkeling trips. Very close to Seven seas beach. The ferry to the islands (Vieques, Culebra) are just a short drive away. Supermarket at the beginning of the complex. 15 minute drive to Luquillo beach and the magical, spectacular rainforest (El Yunque) What more can you ask for Book today!
The space
Looking for a nice quiet place for family and friends

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted… if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!

The primary bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and private bathroom. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two bunkbed sets, twin over full, each. Full kitchen with all amenities, open living room, dining room area. Private washer and dryer as well.

Basketball court as well, great for when the kids want to burn off steam.

Although our building has not been painted yet, the grounds are kept extremely clean and the inside will make you feel like you’re on vacation.
It’s the perfect getaway for family and friends without breaking the bank, in Fajardo Puerto Rico.

Condo has its own private parking for two vehicles, as well as guest parking for any visitors.

24 hour security in gated community. Condo has its own private parking for two vehicles, as well as guest parking.

Three pools on the grounds, however due to condominium restrictions, short term rental property cannot, and will not be allowed to use the pool design designated for residence only.

There is only one pool for short-term rental property and that pool is being repaired at the moment. It is currently closed.


Other things to note
We decided to permanently move and purchase a home here in Puerto Rico.

We have enjoyed this condo tremendously for the last eight years. Our goal is to have our guest enjoy it as much as we do feeling relaxed, settled, and comfortable as if they were in their own home.

If you are looking for a place to party, with loud music, this is not the place. Parties are not accepted… if security is called, you will need to vacate immediately!

    Our flight was delayed & resulted in us getting into PR well past the check in times. Despite that, Vincent and his team made sure someone was there to check us in after we arrived around midnight. Unfortunately upon entering this property, although it appeared beautiful and clean, we noticed right away roaches in the kitchen and bathrooms. Vincents team stated that they are required to exterminate every month all at the same time and one of the neighbors may have went off schedule. He was not previously aware of roaches. It did not appear that there was a long time infestation. Vincent had his son come back immediately to bring us to another one of his units. He allowed us to check it out and ensure it was up to par. This unit did not have roaches that we found. It did not appear to be as clean but in their defense they were not expecting any guests there and likely would of had it cleaned if so.Pros:- VERY responsive host- Comfortable master bed- Plenty of towels- Lots of needed toiletries- Ample space for a family- Fishing poles, pool/beach supplies provided- Grocery, dollar store, and restaurants close byCons:- Lots of ants, flies, spiders, etc. Bathroom screen was torn causing this to be a bigger issue. - many of the metal decor/shelves were rusted. - Tubs were peeling- Mold on bathrooms/shower curtains- bunk bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and thin. - 3 Pools, filthy & unswimable.Will use host again but in one of their other properties.

    Due to issues with the property, we moved out early and the owner agreed (in writing) to refund us for 3 of the 7 nights reserved. To date, he has issued only a portion of that refund.The truth is that this rental was in horrible shape from the get go but my family was willing to overlook this as the owner (and his team members) seemed caring and sincere in their desire to make us happy. We now feel totally duped and want to warn others. The good: mattresses were comfortable, apartment complex is large and old but quiet, many helpful items available such as beach towels, gear and toys. The bad: Almost all items and furnishings dated, worn or disrepair. All linens are very old/pilled and of questionable cleanliness ...as is the state of most items provided. The apartment had filthy rugs, ants, cockroaches, used food and towels in the cupboards ...even a lizard but the biggest issues were the faulty/leaking air conditioning and appliances. We do not recommend this rental due to its poor condition and the owners lack of transparency and accountability.

    We enjoyed spending time at the beach and the pool. The location was perfect and the little extras like beach accessories. Sunscreen and aloe were amazing. The bedroom lay out was perfect for my three teenagers and myself. Having our own kitchen was perfect when we didn’t feel like going out and the grocery store down the road was an added bonus. Highly recommend for families! A car is definitely needed to get around the area. Overall a great trip and great accommodations!

    We were eight people. Four adults and four children. The children were aged 6 to 10.This unit was plenty to accommodate our group. Vincent and his team went out of his way to provide a lot of incidental items that saved us shopping trips and money! We couldn't have been happier about our stay with him.

    We arrived very late at night and due to several unexpected travel delays had to change our arrival time so my first impression was how responsive Vincent and the team were to when I would send a text (my preferred) he would respond within moments. That is very reassuring! It was pleasant to see that the property was very well stocked and supplied with towels for the beach, towels for the home cleaning supplies were on site there was toilet paper and paper towels already there so we didn't have to stop at a grocery store before we got there,we had enough to get us started. This is a third floor unit but a ramp takes you to the second floor so it's only two flights up. If you don't like stairs you'll have to deal with that but being on the top the benefit is it has a nice view from a rooftop balcony and a pleasant sitting area. My kids would go up there every night to call their friends and talk about Puerto Rico. Excellent parking and the assigned stall is directly in front of the entry ramp and stairwell. Its a gated community and you use a clicker provided to enter with a guardhouse which had someone there seemingly all hours. This was also reassuring in that we had never been there before and wanted some safeguards in an unfamiliar place. That being said we never felt unsafe in Puerto Rico at all but the property was very secure. The location was great close to the ferry to Culebra and the mountainous El Yunque National Park. Good food local. We had a blast!

    Vincent and his Team was very communicative with us from the first day to the last. After Hurricane Ernesto, the power went out, but he was always attentive and was always able to help us in any way he could, so that we were comfortable and safe. Once again, I am happy with his place and very grateful for everything he did for us. I personally recommend Vincent places for your next business trip or vacation. I didn't want want to go! ??
