We had the best week! Everything was great

The condo was nice. Floors could have been cleaned better. You can feel sand on your feet. Communication with the property manager was poor. The elevator was not working. We got notification the day of arrival and said they were working on it. While talking with other guest. The elevator has been broken for three days prior to our arrival and next expected to be fixed til next week. When asking the property manager updates, it took several hours for reply and said no updates . It was rough climbing to the 6th floor in 100 plus degree temperatures with luggage and small children.

Perfect location. Can’t wait to come back.

Loved our stay!! Perfect for 6 adults! Condo very clean and well stocked for cooking Loved the location - it’s a little quieter on that side of gulf shores. Loved it so much I’m looking at dates to come back in fall.

The property is older, front door could use replacing, has glass window that we didn't care for. The condo was great for our group of 5. Most everything was in working order except the steam shower. I would recommend more seating on the balcony which great!

We recently stayed at Casa del Sol for Spring Break, and it was everything we hoped for! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views from the balcony.The condo was clean, well-stocked, and beautifully decorated with a coastal vibe. The complex had great amenities, including a pool and easy beach access. It was also close to restaurants, bars, and shops. The host was responsive and provided clear check-in/out instructions, which made everything seamless. Overall, this was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun Spring Break getaway with friends and family. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beachfront escape!

Overall good place to stay. Close to everything.

We loved our stay and the management answered our concerns immediately. The shades on the sliding doors were missing several pieces with the cord hanging down in the middle. We didn’t have kids with us but that is a huge hazard for kids. The showers had some mold. As a whole we were pleased with our stay.

Everyone enjoyed all that the condo had to offer. Location was good and the short walk to the beach was a bonus@

The front door needs painted bad! Not a good first impression. Inside looked good like the photos. Plenty of places for the whole family to sleep. We really enjoyed the balcony!! The master shower gets moldy because no ventilation above door. Maybe you should have a sign by the shower that says leave shower door open over night.

was great. we did have a question we call the number and they kept hanging up on us. so we said forget it

We had no problems my only complaint would be for a condo sleeping as many as it does there was not enough seating on the balcony. We were a group of 6 and only 4 chairs on the balcony. We bought 2 folding chairs while we were there. Our ages ranged for 24/80 and we spent most of our time on the balcony. That being my only complaint we are looking forward to another trip in this condo.

Nice, less crowded area of the beach. Condo looked exactly like the photos on the website. Beds were comfortable.
