Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Rates are based on occupancy; additional guests may increase the nightly rate.

Guests are responsible for any HOA citations incurred during their stay.

The rental agreement must be signed to confirm your reservation; otherwise, the booking may be canceled.



You’ll be welcomed by a Service Coordinator upon arrival. After check-in, we’re available by phone or text for any questions or local recommendations.



Enjoy free high-speed WiFi (50+ Mbps) throughout the home—including the patio—and cable TV in all bedrooms and the living room.

Directions: Enter PGA Blvd via Jefferson St, then turn right at the Palmer Security Gate. Provide your name and property address at the gate for entry.



Trash Handling: Please leave garbage cans in the garage. Our team will move them to the curb Sunday evening and return them Monday afternoon.

  ↳ Do not place bins or trash bags on the curb—the HOA may issue a fine.

  ↳ Trash pickup is early Monday (around 6 AM).



Departure Courtesy (Optional):

  ▪ Strip used beds and leave linens in the bedroom laundry baskets

  ▪ If possible, start one load of laundry—thank you!



Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Unregistered guests are subject to a $200 fine per person. Please send us the names of all guests and drivers requiring access.



Golf Course Access: PGA West golf courses are private. Only paid golfers may access them. Unauthorized entry is considered trespassing by the HOA.



Grill & Fire Pits:

    Great spot on the golf course, with a nice outdor patio. Great setup with 3 bedrooms - king with attached bathroom, queen with attached bath which is also accessed from the the hallway, and a twin bedroom.

    The property was lovely, and the check-in process was incredibly easy and the property manager was extremely attentive. The only problem I had was that the people who were staying above us were very noisy. That was not the fault of the property manager, but it was frustrating when we were trying to sleep for my big race event and the people upstairs were incredibly loud and noisy.
