This was our second time staying at this property and it did not disappoint! The beds are comfy, the couch and living area were perfect for our group of 6, and the rooftop lounge with fireplace made the afternoons complete!

The perfect location - walk to cliffs and beach; walk to dinner, coffee and treats. Restful, peaceful location. Highly recommend this site. Plus one of the best hosts we've ever encountered. Great with communications, suggestions, response to issues. I'd stay here again for sure

Garage did not fit our Silverado 1500. Had to park on street. Not always easy to find a spot. Otherwise great. Loved the rooftop fire pit and seating.

The home was immaculate and well laid out. Great location to grab a pizza and take it back to the house. Lovely walk to the playground/beach. Highly recommend- we would visit again.

My husband and I spent a week at Casa Clemente Las Palmes and loved the home and the location. Our grandchildren spent a night with us and our son & family came for dinner one night and another night to walk to our restaurant. We loved walking to the beach every morning and shops/wonderful restaurants an easy walk for afternoon or evening. Rob was a pleasure to communicate with and check in and out a breeze. Thank You and we definitely hope to return.

This house has it all! Great location, easy walk into town, clean and well stocked kitchen! Super comfy couch and fantastic rooftop lounge with fireplace! Absolutely the best beds I’ve slept in at a vacation rental! We will absolutely be back!

Everything was as nice as or even better than the photos. The property manager Rob was great - we hand a couple special requests which were handled quickly and very much to our satisfaction. We highly recommend the place and would stay there again.

The perfect home for our wedding weekend! We used this home for the bridesmaids to get ready in the morning of our wedding. The home was beautiful, clean, and spacious with lots of natural lighting. Would highly recommend for future wedding parties!

Our family has been coming to Casa Clemente, and now Casa Clemente Las Palmas for years now and it never disappoints. Rob is an amazing, responsive host and the house(s) and locations are impeccable. We hate saying goodbye every year and start looking forward to our next visit on the drive home. :)

We literally did not drive anywhere with the close proximity to downtown with shopping and restaurants and the trolley to the beach everyday. Home is big enough where everyone has their own space. Everything you need for the beach included. Would 100% recommend.

What a wonderful getaway at Casa Clemente Las Palmas! Pictures don't do it justice and you canNOT beat the BR/BA ratio. Each BR has an ensuite bathroom + 1 powder room for the home. Every detail has been thought through and accounted for, even high-end built-in closets in each BR and gourmet kitchen appliances. The location is just a few walkable blocks from Downtown San Clemente - great restaurants, boutiques, and French patisseries! The rooftop has both ambiance and aesthetic, with picturesque sunset and water views (and a cozy fireplace so that the conversations can continue on cool beach evenings). We loved feeling like locals, and Rob was an incredible host available for our various n00bie related questions. Definitely a 5-star stay!
