Stayed Jul 26, 2025Check in was super easy. The location and amenities for families are unbeatable. I gave this 4 out of 5 stars for one main reason and couple minor. Our biggest frustration was the AC. The temp never got below 76 and was up to 79at times, despite constantly running and we kept all doors and blinds shut. There were no internet instructions and the resort wifi was terrible. This is minor considering how we weren't there much. The dish washer has a lot of food caked in it so I never used it and did the few dishes by hand. Again, minor. The tubs barely drained however I've stayed in other condos that had the same issue. If AC was better, would have given 5 stars. Overall it was a great experience!
