Clean place and so well place onnthe strip. Close to kids playground and everthing you need! Would love to come back for sure

Beautiful property right on the beach. Very clean and the staff are super kind and friendly. Pretty much everything you need is within walking distance. The restaurant down in the lobby has really good food but a little pricey, but you can expect that being an ocean front property.

We had clients booked in for 6 nights and after 1 night had to move them out at our expense, due to the apartment being dirty. Here was their feedback which they backed up with photos on their return home. When we called the owner after the clients complained he was aggressive and rude. The reception area itself is cramped and shabby, with worn, stained carpeting. There is a lift to our apartment on level four. The apartment itself is very disappointing and of an unacceptable standard. Below are our reasons for saying this The second bedroom has no hanging space for clothes, no bedside table or light. Neither bedroom have any curtains other than voiles and privacy blinds, given the neon and street lighting the rooms are fully lit during the night. The shower mat in the second bathroom is dirty from previous occupants. The room while ostensibly cleaned has evidence of previous use, I.e. hairs in the sink, used soap block. The larger bathroom is dirty, with excrement on the toilet floor, and a generally poor standard of cleanliness. The kitchen has no kettle, although it does have a coffee machine and microwave. No dishwasher. The apartment has no safe, and while the building security is good, we are sufficiently concerned about the apartments security , no door chain and poor locking system, that we are taking valuables with us and putting a chair against the door at night. I have taken photographs of the visible issues raised which I will show you on my return.

We loved the location and spaciousness of the unit. We would stay here again. Thank you !

We absolutely LOVED this property - it was exactly as described in the listing and the entire experience was just as we would have hoped.

Prime location!

Old and poorly maintained. Difficult to find the reception. One shower with no hot water. We had to all use the only one working. And on top of it, it is ridiculously expensive for the condition. I was expecting a super luxury place, not a semi dump. This place doesn’t even have a pool. The hotel next door is simply gorgeous. Beautiful rooms and a roof top pool. Costing about half. The only positive thing is the location.

Great access to Ocean Boulevard and the beach/restaurants. Had a good time with the family.

Nice stay but a few things could have been better. A info sheet how to run tv and a bigger coffee pot not a 4 cup per size. Master bath shower could never give us hot water. Other bathroom shower was hot and great! More towels for 4 people would be nice! Enjoyed our time in the condo and felt safe.

Absolutely loved staying at this property. My husband and I frequent the Carlyle and this is the first time we stayed with friends so we needed a 2 bedroom. This fit the bill perfectly! Space was great, fantastic location, amazing staff, quick check in, everything you want in a vacation home away from home! The property is right across from the municipal parking garage which is very convenient, although it does get very busy on weekends. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location, many restaurants lining thd street and right across from the beach. 20% discount at the restaurant downstairs. Lunch and dinner were terrific. The apartment was nicely decorated, had a washer and dryer and was ideal for two couples. Parkin garage right around the corner which was convenient. Would definitely return.

We had a great experience in South Beach. The unit is a little old but had everything we needed and is in an amazing location. Walk to the beach,,shops and dining.

We enjoyed our stay at the Carlyle apartment. We felt that almost everything was within walking distance. Good restaurants, beach, groceries, etc. It had everything we needed and our host Edward was always responsive and helpful. We would like to visit again.

South Beach is magical. Our 2bdrm/2bath unit was spacious for the 4 of us. 24hr concierge very helpful when I got food delivery, left my key inside, and flight of stairs to elevator with luggage also needed assistance.
